Item Análise dos serviços de manutenção nas edificações da Universidade Federal do Amazonas: identificação de manifestações patológicas e análise dos impactos financeiros na UFAM durante o período de 2020 a 2024(2025-01-28) Trindade, Adriano Vitor Gonçalves; Vieira, Paulo Cezar Corrêa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9365262483938738; Vieira, Paulo Cezar Corrêa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9365262483938738; Takeno, Litiko Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119868373955176; Santos, Luiz Eduardo Mateus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5752567774043165This research consists of an evaluation of open maintenance requests and those processed for payment at the Federal University of Amazonas from 2020 to 2024. Through a quantitative approach, this study sought to understand the statistical and financial impact of the evaluation object, with the intention of identifying the behavior of a public institution regarding related activities. The objective was to analyze the maintenance services in the university's buildings during the study period (2020-2024), emphasizing classifications by status, category, and environment, as well as monthly measurements. A consultation of open requests by applicants and those effectively paid through the GLPI and SEI systems was conducted. In the first case, 11,955 requests were processed, while in the second, the distribution of R$21,551,414.34 was studied over the five-year period (2020-2024). The research evidenced, in the observed context, a continuous increase in demands for preventive and corrective maintenance orders, reaffirming the importance of strategic planning that integrates preventive maintenance routines, more efficient contractual management, and budget predictability, serving as a source for future decision-making and public and institutional dimensioning.Item Comparação entre pavimentação com Paver intertravado e asfalto: uma análise aplicada ao condomínio ao condomínio Quintas de São José do Rio Negro, em Manaus(2025-01-27) Santos, Mateus Bandeira dos; Taveira, Alberto Fábio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9514824896688750; Taveira, Alberto Fábio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9514824896688750; Santos, Luiz Eduardo Mateus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5752567774043165; Fernandes, Francisco José Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3166612623704256The choice of paving material is essential in urban projects, influencing durability, cost, aesthetics and environmental impact. At Condomínio Quintas de São José do Rio Negro, in Manaus, local weather conditions, such as intense rain and high temperatures, made this decision even more relevant. A comparative analysis between interlocking paver and asphalt revealed advantages and advantages of both materials. The interlocking paver stood out for its appearance, aesthetic appeal, high resistance and ability to move through the block joints, reducing the impact of rain on the drainage system. Asphalt showed greater capacity for intense traffic but presented higher maintenance costs and lower environmental sustainability. In tropical regions, interlocking pavement performed better against rain and heat, while asphalt suffered greater wear, increasing costs and damaging its useful life. From an environmental point of view, the paver contributed to recharging groundwater and minimizing flooding, while asphalt, derived from petroleum, generated a greater environmental impact. Economically, although paving has a higher initial cost, its durability and lower maintenance requirements make it more advantageous in the long term. Asphalt, despite being more accessible initially, required occasional interventions, increasing costs over time. It is concluded that the interlocking paver is the ideal solution to meet the needs of the condominium, offering a balance between technical, economic and environmental aspects.Item Estudo de caso de um projeto elétrico residencial de baixa tensão(2025-01-27) Xavier, João Pedro Rodrigues; Santos, Luiz Eduardo Mateus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5752567774043165; Santos, Luiz Eduardo Mateus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5752567774043165; Takeno, Litiko Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119868373955176; Taveita, Alberto Fábio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9514824896688750This graduation thesis (TCC) presents a case study of a low voltage residential electrical project, aiming to identify the project's compliances and non-compliances with the current regulatory standards, specifically NBR 5410:2004. The analysis highlights the importance of using BIM software, such as Revit, to facilitate project drafting, correct errors, and coordinate the electrical project with other complementary projects. The study demonstrates how applying these software tools can optimize the process of developing the electrical project, ensuring greater accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The research also highlights the benefits of BIM technology in early conflict detection and rework mitigation, promoting more efficient integration among the different disciplines involved in construction project development.
