Item Acessibilidade em ambiente escolar: análise da acessibilidade em um Instituto Federal de Educação(2020-09-30) Feliciano, Jamille Araújo; Pereira, Liliane Brito de Melo Amorim; Pereira, Liliane Brito de Melo Amorim; Aguiar, Cristiane Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8948885803989120; Lima, Inalda Tereza Sales de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4870573853574015This research is an analysis of the physical conditions at Federal Institute of Education (FIE), in order to verify whether the place has accessible routes that meet the Brazilian Standard of ABNT, NBR 9050:2015, this is, it is sought through this study, to evaluate whether the Institute has safe and passable structures for the movement of wheelchair users. The research is exploratory and descriptive according to the objectives, whose preliminary goals were: the understanding of what accessibility is and how it applies to a school space; thus it was possible to establish the initial arguments, configuring the work in a case study. The current study is a qualitative and quantitative nature, where bibliographic research as guidelines for data collection and analysis, whose intention is describing and analyzing the facts related to the initial questions. The Institute accessibility was verified from the seven routes observation, mapped with photographic survey and use the adapted protocol, these instruments allowed to elaborate the total path tracing and verify the conformities found in each item of the evaluation. The failures identified do not meet the recommended, whose results were highlighted by the Standard and current Brazilian legislation, and it was found that none of the routes studied have the accessibility level considered ideal according protocol.Item Alvenaria de vedação vertical racionalizada: um processo otimizado com influência na produtividade(2025-01-27) Buoni, Matteo Almeida; Taveira, Alberto Fabio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9514824896688750; Taveira, Alberto Fabio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9514824896688750; Aguiar, Cristiane Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8948885803989120; Santos, Luiz Eduardo Mateus dosWe can consider masonry with one of the main foundation of the construction system for the development of a project, vertical sealing masonry is a subsystem that directly interferes in the construction processes that comes next as electrical and communication installations, hydraulic installations, coating and finishes in general, waterproofing, acoustic insulation and frames, we come to the conclusion of the importance not only economic subsystem , but also of its great importance in relation to the deadlines for the execution of the other services of the work. Remembering that a construction system is a set of subsystems and components that relate to each other. And the relationship between these components and the subsystems respects a mode of organization. The objective of this study is to evaluate the technicaleconomic feasibility of a construction process of sealing masonry with vertical holes, considering a system with agility, that is, a system that decreases execution time, focusing directly on the production of labor, in addition to low mortar consumption. Based on the productivity and quality history of the conventional system with block with holes horizontally well with its needs and characteristics, we will analyze the positive and negative points of both. The rationalized masonry system is based on productivity, quality and flexibility, providing clean, fast and safe works. In general, I will analyze the cost of benefit that this system focuses on civil construction, that is, an economic analysis of a sealing masonry model will be presented, and thus taking into account the productivity gain, and respect for the environment, because through the study we can verify the reduction of waste generated by masonry, such as waste from brick breaks (in the settlement and conventional and precarious act of instilling the facilities. This system has feasibility for high standard enterprise with reinforced concrete structure, because it is allowed modification, because the block has the sealing function, and to resist only the weight of the masonry of which it is part, and in addition to the agility at the time of electrical and hydraulic installations, because it is born right after the marking of the first spun.Item Análise técnica e ambiental do igarapé do Mindu no bairro Novo Aleixo, Manaus-AM(2025-01-29) Ramos, Antônio Gabriel Santos de; Lucena, Ana Maria Dias da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3426441277160847; Lucena, Ana Maria Dias da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3426441277160847; Fernandes, Francisco José Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3166612623704256; Aguiar, Cristiane Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8948885803989120This work presents a technical and environmental analysis of Igarapé do Mindu, focusing on the region of the Novo Aleixo neighborhood, in Manaus-AM. The study investigates the impacts of accelerated urbanization, the lack of basic sanitation and inadequate waste disposal practices, which harm water quality, local biodiversity and public health. Through data collection, field analysis and bibliographic review, problems such as pollution, bank erosion and changes in the stream's flora and fauna were identified. The use of the stream for social and economic purposes, such as fishing, updating and basic sanitation, was also evaluated. A survey compared the data collected with previous studies, allowing us to propose technical and environmental solutions for the recovery of the stream, including environmental education actions, sustainable management and integrated urban planning. The recommendations aim to promote the sustainable use of the resource and improve the quality of life of the local community, contributing to the conservation of the ecosystem and socioenvironmental balance in the Amazon region.Item Processo de regularização e habite-se de imóvel unifamiliar – um estudo de caso realizado no bairro Cidade Nova I, em Manaus/AM(2025-01-28) Nobre, Jaritsa Maria da Costa; Aguiar, Cristiane Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8948885803989120; Aguiar, Cristiane Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8948885803989120; Fernandes, Francisco José Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3166612623704256; Lucena, Ana Maria Dias da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3426441277160847This paper aims to describe the process of regularizing and obtaining a occupancy permit for a single-family social housing property located in the Cidade Nova I neighborhood in the city of Manaus, Amazonas. Urban expansion requires strict control by public organizations, making regularization and issuance of a occupancy permit essential for the proper occupation of spaces and the correct execution of works and engineering services. The Cidade Nova neighborhood, located in the northern part of Manaus, was planned in the 1980s during the government of Professor José Bernardino Lindoso, initially to house 15,000 low-income housing units. However, only 1,800 homes were completed in the first phase, inaugurated on April 23, 1981. Since then, the neighborhood has expanded to include stages I, II, III, IV, and V, becoming the most populous in Manaus. The regularization of properties in Cidade Nova is an ongoing and detailed process that involves the presentation of documents, architectural projects, and obtaining certificates. The Municipal Institute of Urban Planning of Manaus (IMPLURB) considers regularization and occupancy permits essential for issuing the Certificate of Regularization and Occupancy Permit for buildings completed without prior approval and licensing of the architectural project. This study describes the case study of a single-family property that underwent this process, completed in approximately four months, resulting in a 20% increase in value after the issuance of the occupancy permit. During the execution of this work, the stages and challenges faced in the regularization and occupancy permit process were analyzed, with emphasis on the conformity of the building volume with current standards and the absence of frontal setback from the land, as required by Law No. 1.838/2014. The proposed alternatives were also evaluated, such as the applicant's handwritten justification due to socioeconomic limitations, and the CMDU's opinion that verified the possibility of regularizing the property. The results showed that, in addition to legalizing the occupation and use of the space, regularization provides greater security and peace of mind to the owners. The success in obtaining the occupancy permit represents habitability under current legislation and reflects the commitment to sustainable and orderly urban development in the city of Manaus. For future work, we suggest implementing realtime sharing systems between the sectors responsible for analyzing the regularization process, providing guides and teaching manuals, and creating free or low-cost technical and legal assistance programs.
