Item Análise dos efeitos causados nas propriedades mecânicas de tração e dureza da liga de alumínio AA6351-T6 após soldagem TIG(2017-12-13) Silva, Saymon Castro Sombra da; Monteiro, Alberto de Castro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8300386519703896; Monteiro, Alberto de Castro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8300386519703896; Castro, Cristovão Américo Ferreira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4930257608461492; Arruda, Gutembergue da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8833717823163756This monograph investigated the effects of TIG welding on the mechanical properties of traction and hardness of AA6351-T6 wrought aluminum alloy. It was used the aluminum welding metallurgy studies of Kou (2003) and Mathers (2002). The general objective of this work is to raise the interferences of the TIG welding in an aluminum alloy of the series 6000 (Mg-Si), in respect of mechanical strength by mechanical tests of hardness and traction. The tensile test was performed on a butt joint of the aluminum alloy welded in the TIG process and also the hardness profile and macrografy in the heated affected zone and fusion zone. The results of the base metal were compared with those of the welded joint with the following conditions: Bar A as welded and Bar B welded and heated treated with T6. Finally, the analysis of the losses and gains in percentages. The results showed through the macrography that the welding was successful, and it was not possible to verify any typical weld defect. In the mechanical tests the welded sample had a reduction of about 50% in tensile strength and hardness of HAZ, keeping FZ without much loss of hardness in relation to BM. The samples that were treated with T6 artificial aging had a reduction of a little less than 35% in the tensile strength and completely recovered their hardness in the HAZ, but had a reduction of almost 50% of hardness in the FZ, making the material unable of deforming plastically and hence making to this zone of brittleness, which can be verified with the strain-strain graph and the elongation which was only 5%. In this way it was verified that welding causes loss of severe mechanical resistance in the AA6351-T6 aluminum alloy and the artificial aging treatment recovers the resistance in the HAZ, but it greatly reduces the resistance in the FZ making the weld bead a zone subject to breakage.Item Manutenção industrial no processo produtivo(2022-01-04) Nobre, George Felipe Silva; Arruda, Gutembergue da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8833717823163756; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119484789256081; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119484789256081; Gama, Marcelo Martins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2955108730907462; Lima, Placido Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0865439005714077In order to reduce costs and increase the useful life of equipment in this research, tools were presented through Industrial Maintenance based on mechanical engineering to assist in the management of the company's equipment. The knife is one of the oldest instruments used by man. One of the essential pieces of equipment in cutlery is the forge. The literature is scarce in defining the necessary parameters for the construction of an efficient forge. In this context, this work aims to design and build a gas forge for the production of blades up to 250 millimeters in length. For the development, this work was divided into three stages: the design of the structure, the choice of the most appropriate thermal insulator and the choice of the burner, considering the use of accessible materials to reduce the cost and justifying the use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as fuel. As a result, a gas forge was obtained with an average working temperature of 1200°C, with good cost-effectiveness compared to conventional forges.Item Redução de perdas com manutenção corretiva utilizando um sistema de monitoramento em uma linha de usinagem(2021-10-04) Oliveira, Luciana Marta do Nascimento de; Arruda, Gutembergue da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8833717823163756; Arruda, Gutembergue da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8833717823163756; Rodrigues Filho, João Nery; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3860803328978892; Castro, Cristovão Américo Ferreira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4930257608461492Considering that autonomous maintenance is based on the ability of the manual labor to carry out small and simple maintenance techniques, which can range from cleaning and lubrication to even the retightening and regulation of machines, these types of routines generate a critical sensor in the operators so they are able to look after and detect future problems. In view of the effectiveness of these practices, the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology turned them into one of its 10 technical pillars, for the development of these activities within the methodology it is necessary to follow the tools: CIL-R, Dirt source map, AM cards, Area classification, Golden zone, SOP, 5S, ECRS. The entire process of implementing autonomous maintenance on a machine begins with the reestablishment of its basic conditions, so it is essential to clean and remove useless objects, in order to identify and treat such anomalies. The following steps will only be effective if the first one is done in a thorough and precise way, as they are based on the results found in the previous one. The research presented in this work is related to the implementation of the autonomous maintenance pillar according to the WCM methodology in a packaging machine, expressing in the field all the tools and possibilities for improvement in the processes achieved through the WCM practices.Item Redução dos defeitos de forjamento com melhorias no processo(2022-12-19) Silva, José Wilson Araújo da; Arruda, Gutembergue da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8833717823163756; Arruda, Gutembergue da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8833717823163756; Maciel, Paulo Fernando Figueiredo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0169675639305530; Pinto, Camila da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5909706356694272Modern industry times have brought with them a growing need to reduce costs, primarily as a fundamental basis for companies' survival but also as part of the UN Agenda 2030 through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which proposes 17 goals, which unfold into 169 goals, with a focus on overcoming the main development difficulties faced by the citizens of the 193 nations affiliated to the organization, aiming to promote sustainable growth globally by the year 2030. For this, they need to see in their processes opportunities that set precedents for improvement. Within this context, the reduction of costs based on the reduction of waste of raw material or any other resource is a reality. Therefore, this work has as main objective to show the technical and economic feasibility of using recycled zamac alloy in an industry in Manaus / AM. Because, in line with the aspiration of most companies, this use aims precisely to make the best use of the raw material, bringing with it the other benefits. To achieve this objective, the work makes use of a case study in that company, using a methodology provided with bibliographic and documentary research. In addition, through technical visits and some tests, data were collected to analyze the use of zamac waste through recycling. The research ends the study reaching a positive conclusion, in which it is shown to be viable to use the recycled raw material in the studied company, so that the necessary adjustments can be made. As for the technical parameters that guarantee a good performance of the material, the recycled Zamac alloy meets the specifications if it is mixed with the virgin raw material in a certain proportion. As for the financial issues that need to be of benefit to the company, the use of recycled Zamac alloy represents a recovery of approximately 77% of the material that would be discarded.
