The main focus in these organisations purposes, the ones operating with the management system certified under the requirements of ISO 9001, is to have an excellent costumer service. The methodology 8D is getting popular among the professionals entangled to assure a satisfying costumer experience, fast issues solving, as well as improving the procedures in the process since the beginning. The current work deals with the quality management, mainly focused on Manaus Industrial Park and its goal is to show, by applying the 8D, the analysis of defaults in the weldability in the process SMT (surface Mount Technology) in the routers electronic boards, as well as with the effective action towards the reduction of possible issues. The methodology used to solve this issue was a field research which took 5 months to be ready. In the end it was possible to identify that the use of the 8D methodology allowed the identification of the roots of failures in weldability that the costumers were alleging to have. After a couple of analysis it made necessary the creation of a stencil over print, which permitted the proper amount of weldability to be dispensed turning the weldability much more accurate and precise. For the present work, bibliographic research was used on the functioning of the component, a conventional workbench was set up in the laboratory of Industry II of the IFAM-CMDI, the voltage and current data of the component will be collected in the circuit mounted on a protoboard, in the Excel program it will be After plotting the XY dispersion graph of the characteristic curve of the voltage versus current of the 1N4148 signal diode, the Multisim program will simulate the circuit and the characteristic curve of the component to be compared with the data collected on the conventional bench and from the Datasheet of the 1N4148 signal diode . The results of the electrical measurements obtained in the practical experiment in the laboratory were quite satisfactory, as observed in the graphs of the characteristic curve of the component, the values are close to the Datasheet supplied by the manufacturer and the values obtained in simulations in the Multisim program. With the development of the work we also managed to improve the knowledge about the operation, electrical characteristics and applications of diodes. The work can be used by technical and higher level students, facilitating their learning in surveying the characteristic curves of the signal diode, through the conventional workbench and the Multisim and Excel programs.Item Utilização de sensores tipo termopar para qualificação de equipamentos industriais(2021-08-24) Queiroz, David Pereira Vale de; Santos, Isac Pereira dos; Santos, Isac Pereira dos; Carvalho, Carlos Ronaldo Cardoso de; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey GodinhoThe thermocouple, also identified as a thermocouple, is one of the most relevant sensors used in the measurement of temperature in the various industrial sectors, they are indispensable for the qualification and validation of hospital equipment. In this way, this study aimed to show the importance of thermal qualification in the adjustment of autoclaves machines, for better efficiency and quality in the processes, avoiding stoppages in the autoclaves, certifying that the works are being carried out correctly. The present study is characterized by being exploratory and descriptive, it is of a qualitative nature, of an application character, from the realization of a Case Study in a hospital industry in the city of Manaus-AM, using the following data collection: gathering of documentation data, photographic records and field observations in the organization in the maintenance sector. The results showed that the maximum and minimum temperature summaries for each sector were adequate to perform the qualification of hospital equipment, enabling better reliability in the assessment of sterility, which prove the efficiency of thermocouple sensors. It is concluded that this study allowed analysis of the practice based on evidence and scientific research, so that professionals in the field of industrial engineering are subsidized with better clarifications.
