Stages of making a helical thread are presented through the process using recycled or reused materials such as cardboard and PVC pipe, assembly and tests on electronic components used in the device. Its components together have the function of activating the engine at the pre-scheduled time, turning the helical screw (servo motor) and carrying the feed inside the tube. It is concluded that the device met the proposed objective, bringing benefit and convenience to the animal and its tutor, solving one of the problems encountered in the pet world.Item Aplicação da ferramenta diagrama de ISHIKAWA em um processo de smt (surface mount technology)(2021-04-13) Vasconcelos, Carlos Wandel Trindade de; Rafael, Giskele Luz; Rafael, Giskele Luz; Silva, Daniel Nascimento e; Silva, Jefferson Fernando daFrom the physical change of components, the need arose for new tools both for assembly and for reworking plates that have SMT components (Surface Mount Tecnology). In SMT the terminals do not cross the plate, they have shapes that allow them to be welded on the surface of the plate, one side of the plate is useless. Due to this factor, this research was initiated, whose general objective was to apply the Ishikawa Diagram tool in an SMT process to point out the number of non-conformities in the welding process of a production line, of a particular product in the receiver segment. In order to achieve this macro objective, specific objectives were created: (1) to present the SMT assembly and welding process; (2) describe the types of assembly, boards and printed circuits and (3) identify the benefits of the Ishikawa Diagram for the quality process. The methodology used for this study, is classified according to nature, as qualitative research, of descriptive and exploratory purpose, from the realization of a field research, using as a data collection technique, a case study, from observations, documentation data and photographic records in an electronics industry located in the industrial pole of Manaus. As a result, it is stated that, through the application of the Ishikawa Diagram tool, it is possible to identify where losses occur in the production processes of the electronics industry, from the specific points of the production line, allowing to suggest an action plan to solve responsible failures due to non-conformities in SMT plate welding processes, increasing productivity. The main focus in these organisations purposes, the ones operating with the management system certified under the requirements of ISO 9001, is to have an excellent costumer service. The methodology 8D is getting popular among the professionals entangled to assure a satisfying costumer experience, fast issues solving, as well as improving the procedures in the process since the beginning. The current work deals with the quality management, mainly focused on Manaus Industrial Park and its goal is to show, by applying the 8D, the analysis of defaults in the weldability in the process SMT (surface Mount Technology) in the routers electronic boards, as well as with the effective action towards the reduction of possible issues. The methodology used to solve this issue was a field research which took 5 months to be ready. In the end it was possible to identify that the use of the 8D methodology allowed the identification of the roots of failures in weldability that the costumers were alleging to have. After a couple of analysis it made necessary the creation of a stencil over print, which permitted the proper amount of weldability to be dispensed turning the weldability much more accurate and precise. Such tools were developed to help professionals understand the problems that occur in their daily lives, in order to find the root cause and propose appropriate solutions for them. In this sense, this research aims to analyze the causes of the main welding failures in the SMT process and propose improvement actions in the assembly of printed circuit boards for fiber optic modems, in an electronics industry in Manaus, through the organizational tool 5W2H. For this, a case study was carried out, through field research, in a company in the Industrial field of Manaus. And, for the prioritization of defects in the SMT process of Fiber Optic Modem production, the Verification Sheet and the Pareto Diagram were used. Among the results, it was identified that the largest number of defects is the failure of insufficient soldering in the T300/T301 component, totaling 81.2% of the defects found. To solve the defects, it was applied: the implementation of adjustment in the assembly coordinate of the components, creation of a new stencil with “overprint” and “step up” and increase in the assembly tolerance with variation of reading of the component terminal. Training in this area provides knowledge to understand the relationship between energy and matter in different dimensions, from atomic particles to the Solar System. Based on the applied studies, the beginning of research on temperature was chosen, then choosing applications on Peltier Tablets, which are devices based on the Peltier effect and are applied to produce a cooling or heating effect. This work addresses concepts involved in the operation of these devices such as: history of the Peltier effect and development of Peltier effect plates. A study is made based on the graphical and practical results. For this, a “mini refrigerator” refrigeration structure is implemented and measurements are made to determine the efficiency of the system. For the present work, bibliographic research was used on the functioning of the component, a conventional workbench was set up in the laboratory of Industry II of the IFAM-CMDI, the voltage and current data of the component will be collected in the circuit mounted on a protoboard, in the Excel program it will be After plotting the XY dispersion graph of the characteristic curve of the voltage versus current of the 1N4148 signal diode, the Multisim program will simulate the circuit and the characteristic curve of the component to be compared with the data collected on the conventional bench and from the Datasheet of the 1N4148 signal diode . The results of the electrical measurements obtained in the practical experiment in the laboratory were quite satisfactory, as observed in the graphs of the characteristic curve of the component, the values are close to the Datasheet supplied by the manufacturer and the values obtained in simulations in the Multisim program. With the development of the work we also managed to improve the knowledge about the operation, electrical characteristics and applications of diodes. The objective of this work is to make the electrical characterization of the Mosfet transistor. This is bibliographical research and the use of measuring instruments from the IFAM-CMDI laboratories, information on their operation will be collected such as voltage, current and characteristic curve, for which a simple circuit will be mounted on a protoboard. After collecting the voltage and current measurements of the Mosfet transistor, these data will be inserted into the MultiSim simulator. The results of the electrical measurements on the breadboard and the MultiSim simulator will be compared with the Mosfet 2N7000 transistor datasheet. Process automation has become the greatest ally, as it offers greater productivity in less time, reduces human work and reduces product waste. However, the high prices of equipment becomes a risky investment, since, according to SEBRAE, high investments without planning and lack of capital result in the bankruptcy of 80% of micro and small companies before completing 1 year, that is, , in its initial phase. Thus, the present work describes the development of a low-cost semi-automatic liquid filling machine, capable of filling pre-set quantities, using containers of different sizes. The project is aimed at improving the production process of small companies in the initial phase, in the cleaning materials sector that work with liquid products, such as disinfectants, alcohol, bleach and glass cleaner. We sought to use components that are easy to access and low cost, in order to make maintenance simple and make the prototype cheaper. Among the components used, the load cell stands out, consisting of resistive strain gauges coupled to a metallic structure which deforms according to the applied force, making it possible to measure quantities such as force and pressure. A prototype was built, which met the sufficient tolerances for the liquid filling process, in accordance with INMETRO Ordinance No. 248/2008, proving to be a great option, in view of the presented precision, agility in the filling process and the reduction of product waste.Item Desenvolvimento e caracterização de um amplificador classe D de média potência(2021-08-08) Santos, Giovanne Cavalcante; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; Garcia Júnior, Luiz Carlos da Silva; Cordeiro, Celso SouzaThe present work presents the creation and analysis of a class D amplifier, to carry out the amplification, the integrated circuit IRS2092 from IOR - Infineon Technologies was used, capable of managing, modulating and amplifying the signals, requiring only a good choice of power and monitoring components. it also requires a good selection of switching transistors and a suitable passive filter for demodulation. Thus, an amplifier capable of delivering a power of 40W in a resistive load with low harmonic distortion, less than 0.8%, was designed, being comparable to linear amplifiers, but with an efficiency greater than 90%, common value for class amplifiers D .In the work, the values of the components that fit in the test sequences are calculated. To arrive at the results, a synthesis of the functioning of each amplifier stage was made using commercially components, using an automatic oscillating modulation that has an excellent sound quality, besides making the circuit smaller within its cost. These risks can be low or even risks considered very high. Skydiving, for example, is considered a high-risk sport that is susceptible to interference from weather conditions. Skydiving is a sport that promotes sensations of pleasure as is the case with skydiving. Therefore, this project intends to contribute, through a device, to a better analysis and interpretation of climate changes that occur during the practice of skydiving, before and during the jump. Then, the construction of a control device through the Arduino platform was carried out, integrated to the internet in real time to obtain data and weather conditions. For bibliographic search purposes, the Google Scholar tracker and the electronic addresses of the Brazilian Parachuting Confederation (CBPq) were used as a tool, to complement this work with more information. Based on research and studies carried out, it was found that currently there is no rule or devices used in skydiving schools to help skydiving athletes to recognize the best conditions for jumping. It is pertinent to emphasize the lack of studies and the difficulty encountered in carrying out experimental research within skydiving. The residence's electricity bill is analyzed, and a technical evaluation of the available locations for the installation of photovoltaic modules is carried out, as well as local data such as solar irradiation found through a web tool and project consideration criteria. Then, the models of the commercial equipment that make up the photovoltaic generation system are chosen, and the system is budgeted. With the aid of computational tools, financial indicators such as net present value, internal rate of return, and payback are found. This is a trend currently observed and one of the major factors for this is the possibility of obtaining a large cost reduction with the use of photovoltaic electricity detected with traditional electricity. In addition to the ease of producing clean energy, without noise in its generation, it has the practicality of being installed in any place that has sunlight and availability of space for the installation of the photovoltaic system, which can be on roofs, land and to parking lots. This last location is increasingly protected in its use, because while it protects cars from the sun's action, it also generates electricity through its cover with photovoltaic panels, also helping in the Brazilian energy matrix. In 2022, the share of photovoltaic energy in the Brazilian energy matrix was 4.3%. On 09/03/2023, Brazil consumed the mark of 6,044 MW, a record in solar energy generation. This happens in the midst of so many climate changes that increasingly face sustainable development solutions and investments in resources for the use of renewable energies such as photovoltaic energy. In this context, this study intends to analyze the technical feasibility of implementing a solar photovoltaic parking lot connected to the electrical grid to transform solar energy into electrical energy in the IFAM-CMDI, using the PVSyst software, a computational tool to verify the numeric values of the study and assistance in the development of a photovoltaic project. The methodology applied was through a case study on the implementation of the photovoltaic solar system connected to the grid (on grid) with a bibliographical review on the subject, data collection for system sizing analysis, reading and interpretation of technical data of the system components. Previous studies already carried out apply to only estimating this potential using data on irradiation levels, while few studies have con-ducted statistical modeling with software that incorporates various types of photovoltaic mo-dules of current inverters and their efficiency,system losses and data on local weather condi-tions. The Software (SAM) calculates the performance of photovoltaic systems based on local climatic conditions and data entered into its database of all components with their respective model and manufacturer to carry out the computational calculation. It is, therefore, a very effective tool for determining the viability of a photovoltaic project before its implementation and afterwards for energy estimation. The generator components will be presented, highlighting its operation and application, in addition to showing the assembly process of a model made from easily obtainable and loxw cost reusable materials. Based on the contents of electrostatics, especially electrification by friction, proposals for activities and possible approaches to them with the generator were prepared. In this study, low cost sensors for temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric air pressure, air temperature, and altitude were utilized. These measurements were compared with commercial sensors for temperature and relative air humidity (HOBO®, pendant); atmospheric air pressure (HOBO®, RX3000); and air temperature (HOBO®, RX3000). The low cost ESP32-S weather station was installed on the campus of the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia (INPA) to compare its data with the 80m station data from the IETE monitoring network, verifying the measurements and attesting to their accuracy. To assess the performance of ESP32-S sensors, descriptive statistics (MBE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and the coefficient of determination (R²) were applied. From the analysis of the obtained data, it was observed that the temperature values from the low cost station underestimated both daily maximum and minimum values, with an MBE of -0.59 °C and a spread of 0.59°C (RMSE). Humidity showed differences of 21.03%, with a spread of 19.47% in both the temporal series and daily cycle. Pressure values consistently underestimated throughout the daily cycle, where atmospheric pressure measured by BMP280 captured the pressure variability but overestimated compared to the measurement by HWS S-BPA-CM10, with an MBE of 2.8 hPa and a spread of 2.8 hPa. Although the observed error for humidity has a larger amplitude of over 20%, the agreement between the data is still strong with a value of 0.9. The agreement for air temperature and atmospheric pressure showed values of 1 and 0.99, respectively. In order to ease this almost irreversible situation, it is becoming increasingly feasible to explore clean energy forms, that is, without emission of pollutants, such as solar photovoltaic energy. The work to be presented explores this type of energy that has as a source the solar star (sun), purely renewable and available for its use. In small electronic projects for didactic purposes, the making of the tracks of a circuit on a phenolite board, are usually produced by hand, through the corrosion process, using iron perchloride (FeCl3). However, this solution has a considerably short lifespan and can be reused an average of five times, having to be discarded, however, most of the time this disposal is carried out in inappropriate places. This system has the ability to remotely monitor the temperature, voltage and current through sensors and conditioning circuits to read the magnitudes related to the compressors. The system is presented through a prototype, consisting of an ESP 32 microcontroller that is responsible for calculating and transmitting data via the internet to a blynk cloud server on the blynk platform that was used to carry out the monitoring. As a final result, it was to provide a prototype capable of capturing and monitoring the variables of a compressor, allowing remote monitoring of tests, presenting results in real time, through a friendly panel. The results obtained from the simulations that were made in the work are strong, since it is confirmed that the system is able to read the values of the variables through the sensors and conditioned circuits, sending data using the ESP32 microcontroller, which through a monitoring interface, is able to present the results of the variables in real time, which concludes that the system can help in effective actions regarding equipment maintenance.
