Item 3 L printer: projeto e desenvolvimento de uma impressora 3D de baixo custo baseado no processo de prototipagem rápida(2020-10-15) Silveira, Leone Raulino; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela de; Sampaio, Ricardo BrandãoThis article presents the development of a low-cost 3D printer through fusion and deposition modeling, using the rapid prototyping method useful for making parts in a simple, inexpensive and personalized way. The vast majority of the project's components were printed on the 3D Creality printer, others purchased at the lowest price available on the market and the rest through the used retailer. The technologies used to build the machine were due to the interdisciplinary nature of the electrical, electronic, mechanical and programming areas so that they work in a systemic way. In order to avoid overheating due to the high current demand of the system, a thermal relay was used to protect the developed project. After assembling and calibrating the 3L Printer, quality and precision comparable to commercial printers was achieved. The scope of this paper is formed by a brief history of the emergence of occupational safety standards, machine safety system types, safety guards, sensors, valves, safety blocks, Programmable Logical Controller, interlocking devices, emergency stop, lifting. and understanding of the process and each equipment that makes up the system, process risk analysis and measures taken to carry out the project implementation. Such approaches aim to show the regulatory norm 12 and its applications in the safety system that will be presented as object of study of the safety barrier implantation system obeying the items established in the regulatory norm 12 whose purpose is to avoid work accidents, improving the safety of the workers. production technicians and mechanics who are part of the equipment preventive, corrective maintenance and operation process. Stages of making a helical thread are presented through the process using recycled or reused materials such as cardboard and PVC pipe, assembly and tests on electronic components used in the device. Its components together have the function of activating the engine at the pre-scheduled time, turning the helical screw (servo motor) and carrying the feed inside the tube. The communication process consists of the transmission of information between an originator and a receiver that descodifica (he/she interprets) a certain message. However, the difficulties faced by the installation of internet of optic fiber in the north area, in matter in Amazon, it is a subject still in discussion seen that problems exist in the transmission of waves of data for the rural and interior areas due to the demographic distance. For the present work bibliographical researches were used, classifying the abbreviation study as qualitative bibliographical research. Such research was based in scientific publications as books, scientific goods, magazines, electronic documents and encyclopedias seeking the search and knowledge allocation on the transmission of internet waves. Through the data originating from of preexistent works on the theme proposal, it was possible to observe the need and the lack of researches more deepened with respect to maintenance and facilities of net of transmission of internet of good quality in the interiors and rural areas of the state of Amazon. However, the access difficulties to the internet in distant places of the urban centers as well as the interiors of Amazon, it can be cured with the use of licensed systems of radio by SIAE. Therefore, the more effective the use of this tool, more benefits the company will have. The Amazon represents almost 65% of the Brazilian territory. However, the Amazon suffers from serious data communication infrastructure problems, which undermines the level of socioeconomic development in the region. The geographical characteristics of the Amazon favor the means of river transport that serves the transport of cargo and passengers in the region. This work sought to present how the main IoT devices perform in a river environment, applied in the Catalão riverside community. Neste sentido, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar os desafios que uma empresa privada de reciclagem de papelão enfrenta para cumprir a sua missão organizacional na cidade de Manaus, capital do estado do Amazonas. Para isso, seguiu as etapas previstas no método científico-tecnológico. Os dados foram coletados através de um roteiro de entrevistas e um protocolo de observação, organizados e analisados com o auxílio de técnicas de análise semântica, identificando-se termos centrais das respostas coletadas por entrevistas e comparadas com os dados observados; os resultados foram gerados com técnicas de triangulação das respostas obtidas com os dois instrumentos e interpretados de forma comparativa com o quadro teórico de referência. Os resultados mostraram que a) a empresa contribui para com a preservação ambiental através da destinação correta de materiais e limpeza dos locais públicos, b) essas contribuições são feitas através de obediência aos procedimentos legais, c) seus desafios são ter acesso a todos os clientes industriais e residenciais e conscientizar a população sobre a importância da preservação ambiental; d) população e governos são os agentes que podem ajudar a superar esses desafios através de e) conscientização da importância da sustentabilidade (população) capacitar e fazer a população colocar em prática a sustentabilidade (governo). In SMT the terminals do not cross the plate, they have shapes that allow them to be welded on the surface of the plate, one side of the plate is useless. Due to this factor, this research was initiated, whose general objective was to apply the Ishikawa Diagram tool in an SMT process to point out the number of non-conformities in the welding process of a production line, of a particular product in the receiver segment. In order to achieve this macro objective, specific objectives were created: (1) to present the SMT assembly and welding process; (2) describe the types of assembly, boards and printed circuits and (3) identify the benefits of the Ishikawa Diagram for the quality process. The methodology used for this study, is classified according to nature, as qualitative research, of descriptive and exploratory purpose, from the realization of a field research, using as a data collection technique, a case study, from observations, documentation data and photographic records in an electronics industry located in the industrial pole of Manaus. As a result, it is stated that, through the application of the Ishikawa Diagram tool, it is possible to identify where losses occur in the production processes of the electronics industry, from the specific points of the production line, allowing to suggest an action plan to solve responsible failures due to non-conformities in SMT plate welding processes, increasing productivity. The main focus in these organisations purposes, the ones operating with the management system certified under the requirements of ISO 9001, is to have an excellent costumer service. The methodology 8D is getting popular among the professionals entangled to assure a satisfying costumer experience, fast issues solving, as well as improving the procedures in the process since the beginning. The current work deals with the quality management, mainly focused on Manaus Industrial Park and its goal is to show, by applying the 8D, the analysis of defaults in the weldability in the process SMT (surface Mount Technology) in the routers electronic boards, as well as with the effective action towards the reduction of possible issues. The methodology used to solve this issue was a field research which took 5 months to be ready. In the end it was possible to identify that the use of the 8D methodology allowed the identification of the roots of failures in weldability that the costumers were alleging to have. After a couple of analysis it made necessary the creation of a stencil over print, which permitted the proper amount of weldability to be dispensed turning the weldability much more accurate and precise. Such tools were developed to help professionals understand the problems that occur in their daily lives, in order to find the root cause and propose appropriate solutions for them. In this sense, this research aims to analyze the causes of the main welding failures in the SMT process and propose improvement actions in the assembly of printed circuit boards for fiber optic modems, in an electronics industry in Manaus, through the organizational tool 5W2H. For this, a case study was carried out, through field research, in a company in the Industrial field of Manaus. And, for the prioritization of defects in the SMT process of Fiber Optic Modem production, the Verification Sheet and the Pareto Diagram were used. Among the results, it was identified that the largest number of defects is the failure of insufficient soldering in the T300/T301 component, totaling 81.2% of the defects found. To solve the defects, it was applied: the implementation of adjustment in the assembly coordinate of the components, creation of a new stencil with “overprint” and “step up” and increase in the assembly tolerance with variation of reading of the component terminal. The prototype, housed in an MDF box, regulates a 100-watt lamp via a dimmer to maintain the voltage at 33 Vac. DHT11 and DS18B20 sensors are employed to monitor internal and external temperatures. Real-time sensor data is collected and analyzed through MATLAB-generated graphs. Cooling is facilitated by a 12Vdc fan controlled through PWM signals from the ESP8266 and a BC458 transistor. The PID control implementation, using the Arduino's PID_v1 library, is fine-tuned based on open loop responses and COHEN & COON relationships. Training in this area provides knowledge to understand the relationship between energy and matter in different dimensions, from atomic particles to the Solar System. Based on the applied studies, the beginning of research on temperature was chosen, then choosing applications on Peltier Tablets, which are devices based on the Peltier effect and are applied to produce a cooling or heating effect. This work addresses concepts involved in the operation of these devices such as: history of the Peltier effect and development of Peltier effect plates. A study is made based on the graphical and practical results. For this, a “mini refrigerator” refrigeration structure is implemented and measurements are made to determine the efficiency of the system. Specifically, it talks about the unification of a glue application machine used in the sealing between two housings and about a laser engraving machine and how its unification has improved defect rates and reduced cost with waste. It was pointed a slow use in boards tests process and, accordingly a small tax number of tested boards, in face of SMT machines are capable to produce. Test was manual yet, that is, all board functions are tested using human actions, expenses with manufacture and Spare Parts consumable materials did not add in significant way in final product value, reducing quality and reducing quality satisfaction. The proposal to reduce to acceptable values was to use an automated test mechanism, that was satisfactory to maintenance tools and quality. To align these tools with a good number of produced and tested boards, already to final client with medium values established by company. After analysis using a defined methodology and implemented corrective actions, it was visible a considerable cost reduce, increasing PDCA cycle efficacy and others support tools, ending the work successfully.
