Item 3 L printer: projeto e desenvolvimento de uma impressora 3D de baixo custo baseado no processo de prototipagem rápida(2020-10-15) Silveira, Leone Raulino; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela de; Sampaio, Ricardo BrandãoThis article presents the development of a low-cost 3D printer through fusion and deposition modeling, using the rapid prototyping method useful for making parts in a simple, inexpensive and personalized way. The vast majority of the project's components were printed on the 3D Creality printer, others purchased at the lowest price available on the market and the rest through the used retailer. The technologies used to build the machine were due to the interdisciplinary nature of the electrical, electronic, mechanical and programming areas so that they work in a systemic way. In order to avoid overheating due to the high current demand of the system, a thermal relay was used to protect the developed project. After assembling and calibrating the 3L Printer, quality and precision comparable to commercial printers was achieved. In addition, the overall cost of the project is below the average price of printers in the current market.Item Eficiência no processo SMT: estratégias de otimização de parâmetros com ênfase na OEE(2024-03-12) Cavalcante, Álvaro Lucas Lessa; Santos, Renan Cavalcante; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6930748017205035; Abreu, Luiz Henrique; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4264159301471188; Santos, Renan Cavalcante; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6930748017205035; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4264159301471188; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100146230873494This work addresses the importance and impacts of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) in the contemporary electronics industry. The research highlights the fundamental principles behind the SMT process, analyzing its crucial role in the efficiency and performance of modern electronic devices. Initially, the transition from conventional assembly technology to SMT is explored, highlighting the advantages that have driven this change, such as reduced space, greater automation and efficiency in production. The study delves into the key aspects of the SMT process, from the components and equipment used to the reflow soldering techniques and quality inspection. In addition, the challenges faced in deploying SMT are examined, such as the need for specialized skills and the complexity of reworking faulty welds. At the same time, strategies to optimize the process are presented, aiming to maximize the efficiency and quality of the final products. Through parameter adjustments, focusing on the use of Fuji Flexa software and the application of the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) performance indicator, a reduction in cycle time from 64.98 seconds to 53.88 seconds was obtained, furthermore, the number of defective boards decreases from 8 to just 2, the adaptations in the parameters reflected directly on the OEE. The analysis of the OEE before and after the changes showed a notable increase, from 70.08% to 80.85%. These results indicate a faster, more efficient, and higher quality production, highlighting the effectiveness of the strategies implemented. Future trends are also highlighted, pointing to the continued potential for improvement and development of the SMT process to meet the growing demands of the electronics industry.Item Projeto e dimensionamento de um sistema de segurança que utiliza câmeras com energia fotovoltaica(2022-01-17) Sampaio, Guilherme de Souza; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; Queiroga, Alberto Luiz Fernandes; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela deThe growing urban violence has been increasing the search for more developed surveillance systems, which manage to carry out an autonomous monitoring, ensuring better control and security. The systems that use security cameras, are the most used and have been improved every year with new technologies. Making this system autonomous is a means of automating it. The objective of the present work is to present a system that is able to make the electrical supply of a monitoring system by security cameras, using solar photovoltaic energy.Item RAMI 4.0 aplicada ao setor industrial: uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a sua aplicabilidade na indústria 4.0(2023-02-16) Brito, Cristiano da silva de; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119484789256081; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119484789256081; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4264159301471188; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/018747012913646The present study has the general objective of analyzing the benefits and advantages of the RAMI 4.0 architecture in improving the production chain in Industry 4.0. The methodology respects the characteristics of bibliographical research, based on articles from the period 2018 to 2023, in the Scielo databases, Google Scholar, Periodicals CAPES and university websites that present scientific works published on the subject. The results show that with the implementation of RAMI 4.0, greater practicality is provided due to the presence of connectivity in the technologies used; ensures that the company's main objectives are achieved and introduces the company to a new level of organization, in which it is capable of managing its entire value chain along with the product's life cycle. In addition, with the availability of all relevant information in real time, it is possible to integrate all agencies participating in value creation processes, and also create value networks between self-organized companies, dynamic and in real time through the interconnection of people, “things” and systems according to their capacities.
