This paper explores essential strategies in inventory management, highlighting
cross-selling, the use of Big Data tools, and effective inventory control practices.
Initially, we address the relevance of cross-selling as a strategy that goes beyond
increasing sales, providing a personalized experience to the customer. We discuss the
positive influence of Big Data tools on data analysis and demand forecasting,
emphasizing their contribution to improving operational efficiency, especially using
Python programming. The discipline of inventory control is examined, focusing on its
importance in cost optimization and maintaining the balance between supply and
demand. By exploring the practical application of these concepts, we highlight the
importance of demand forecasting and efficient inventory layout for cross-selling
strategies. We conclude by recognizing that data analysis is the central element of
these practices, providing crucial insights for informed decisions and continuous
improvements.
