Item Sistema remoto de automação residencial com recursos de computação em nuvem(2022-05-13) Silva Neto, Francisco Ferreira da; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; Fernandes, Priscila Silva; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dosCloud Computing (CC) is a resource widely used in the Information Technology (IT) area, its implementation in a residential environment using the Internet of Things (IoT) concept can provide all the security, processing and stability of large CC services, as well as scalability and integration with other services such as database and mobile applications. This work aims to provide the user with remote control of home devices through a mobile application. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to use hardware and software resources integrated in a horizontal IoT architecture. Specifically, it was necessary to use AWS IoT as the main cloud service, the Android Studio IDE, the Zerynth framework and the development module ESP32, in addition to some sensors and actuators. The system uses information from current and voltage sensors. The system interface allows the visualization of consumption data. Currently, there is a market for object detection that comprises values above R$ 100 thousand reais for the implementation of the same project. The project is based on being developed on a completely Open Source platform. The proposal consists of creating a low-cost Python language system that solves the problems of instantaneous line stops and field problems related to the lack of the object and make it portable to any computer. Due to the fast time of the line some boxes go unnoticed in the eyes of the operator and with the implemented system it is expected that all boxes are controlled and detect all manuals and take their own actions autonomously without the need for human intervention following the concept of industry 4.0. The developed system had quick responses (about 40 milliseconds) for the evaluation of each image and is already implemented in the factory.
