Item Análise do programa nacional de alimentação escolar em escolas municipais de Tabatinga - AM(2019-02-20) Carvalho, Rainier da Silva; Bretas, Paula Fernandes Furbino; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Paulo, Idelmar do NascimentoThis research had as main objective to analyze the implementation of the National School Feeding Program in municipal schools of Tabatinga-AM in the perception of the actors involved. Law 11,947, dated June 16, 2009, establishes that at least 30% (percent) of the amount passed on to the State, Municipalities and Federal District by the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE) for the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) ) must be used for the purchase of foodstuffs from family farming. Thus, this public policy aims to ensure that schools have a healthier and better quality of food. However, it is necessary to understand how this policy has become effective in school everyday. To do so, this descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, was based on the case study, whose data collection techniques were 09 semi-structured interviews with different actors: family farmer, School Manager, School Lunch Coordination of the Municipal Department of Education (SEMED) ), The Standing Committee on Municipal Bidding (CPL), the Rural Workers' Union of Tabatinga-Am (STTR) and the Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Development of the State of Amazonas (IDAM). The main results found are that there are differences between the difficulties claimed by family farmers and the actions carried out by public agencies.Item A aplicação do planejamento estratégico na gestão educacional como ferramenta de desenvolvimento de práticas pedagógicas nas escolas municipais em Tabatinga - AM(2019-02-19) Santos, Vilania Sampaio da Silva dos; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Kruger, Juliano MiltonLa gestión de las escuelas públicas en el actual sistema de educación municipal se convirtió en un foco de debate, por mérito de gran importancia como un mecanismo para mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza. Por lo tanto, en un escenario de constantes cambios y dificultades de aprendizaje, el uso y aplicación de la planificación estratégica es pertinente instrumento de gestión que permite realizar la gestión educativa más eficiente, ágil e inteligente. Como instrumento de la gestión educativa nos brinda elementos conceptuales, relativas a la ejecución de los procesos de planificación que estimule la creación, desarrollo, implementación y evaluación de las acciones encaminadas a la aplicación de las directrices y políticas en materia de educación. En este sentido, el alcance de este trabajo es reflexionar sobre la planificación estratégica como herramienta de la gestión educativa en la búsqueda de desarrollar prácticas pedagógicas eficientes, con un enfoque en la lectura y escritura proyecto realizado en las escuelas municipales, hemos optado por un estudio de caso de un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo. Se utilizó un cuestionario, y la estructuración de la entrevista en la Secretaría Municipal de Educación de Tabatinga, el interior del Amazonas en Alto Solimões. Los resultados indican que el uso de la planificación estratégica como una herramienta de la gestión educativa, ocurren como las definiciones teóricas en el área de la gestión y administración de las escuelas, pero adaptados a la cultura local y regional, permitiendo la garantía y mejora de la calidad del servicio público al que se propone en el ámbito municipal. Como una alternativa para satisfacer las demandas de educación, teniendo en cuenta un papel fundamental en el proceso de toma de decisiones, lo cual es esencial para el desarrollo de planes de acción, su desenvolvimiento de las estrategias en objetivos para una administración competente y exitosa en la institución.Item Gestão dos gastos públicos: o impacto dos custos gerados com a coleta e destinação dos resíduos sólidos do município de Benjamin Constant - AM(2019-02-20) Souza, Ingryd Jean Olimpio de; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Kruger, Juliano MiltonIn this work, entitled Public expenditure management: the impact of the costs generated by the collection and disposal of solid waste in the municipality of Benjamin Constant-AM, we present relevant aspects regarding the treatment of solid waste. The general objective of this research was to analyze the impact of the costs generated by the Collection and Destination of Solid Waste in the Municipality of Benjamin Constant-AM, which made it possible to identify, among other issues, the impact of costs incurred in collecting and disposing of solid waste. We used a qualitative and quantitative approach, through instrumental ones such as questionnaires, bibliographical survey, on-site visit, informal conversations, historical documentary survey. In addition to data from IBGE 2017, the theoretical contribution was supported by authors such as Boaventura Santos (2002), LOPES (2005), MACHADO and HOLANDA (2010), CORREIA (2012), among others. With the result of this work, it will be possible to demonstrate how much resources are consumed by a public organization to produce a given good or service for society, and also, from cost evaluation, to improve planning and municipal budget, knowing with more clarity the allocation of public resources.Item A importância do uso sistemas de gestão integrada informatizados na gestão pública(2019-02-20) Pena, Lino de Lima; Malvezzi, Felipe de Almeida; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de SouzaThe present research aimed to understand the importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), based on the use of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the scope of public management, and how these technological resources can positively assist in the planning, formulation of public policies and decision making. Having as research locus the Federal Institute of Education of the Amazon IFAM, Campus located in the municipality of Tabatinga-AM, the study was delineated based on three categories of analysis: Public Management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Integrated Management System - (IMS). During the research, it was possible to obtain detailed information about the use of these systems in the administrative scope of the institution and made feasible a careful analysis of the data, thus establishing an effective understanding of the importance of the institutional use of these technological tools, besides measuring the impacts improvements in public service.Item Os reflexos da redução dos recursos financeiros na administração pública: um olhar sobre o IFAM/Campus Tabatinga, no ano de 2017(2019-02-20) Barbosa, Luzilângela Vieira; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Neves, Nícolas Andretti de Souza; Paulo, Idelmar do Nascimento; Kruger, Juliano MiltonThis work aims to reflect on the federal financial resources from a look at the IFAM / Campus Tabatinga, in the year 2017, through a case study. The study was developed through an exploratory-descriptive research, with data collection through interviews with unstructured questions made to the servers that perform activities in the area of financial administration. In this way, it was possible to enter into this exciting topic called the public budget and thus to understand a little more about how the "chess pieces" move in practice IFAM / Campus Tabatinga.
