Análise do programa nacional de alimentação escolar em escolas municipais de Tabatinga - AM

This research had as main objective to analyze the implementation of the National School Feeding Program in municipal schools of Tabatinga-AM in the perception of the actors involved. Law 11,947, dated June 16, 2009, establishes that at least 30% (percent) of the amount passed on to the State, Municipalities and Federal District by the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE) for the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) ) must be used for the purchase of foodstuffs from family farming. Thus, this public policy aims to ensure that schools have a healthier and better quality of food. However, it is necessary to understand how this policy has become effective in school everyday. To do so, this descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, was based on the case study, whose data collection techniques were 09 semi-structured interviews with different actors: family farmer, School Manager, School Lunch Coordination of the Municipal Department of Education (SEMED) ), The Standing Committee on Municipal Bidding (CPL), the Rural Workers' Union of Tabatinga-Am (STTR) and the Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Development of the State of Amazonas (IDAM). The main results found are that there are differences between the difficulties claimed by family farmers and the actions carried out by public agencies.

People are who move the whole organizational process of a company, be it public or private, the path for this company reaches - successfully - its stated goals, necessarily, entails valuing people who are involved in the organization. This Article has the pretension of diagnoses how the public managing is done at the Health Secretary of Tabatinga, located at western end of State of Amazonas, referring to permanent employees’s professional development. To propose practices to improve the managing processes of municipal people management that satisfy or minimize the existents problems. Verify the form of action used by people management about the professional development of its servants, as well as, quantify the level of satisfaction at workplace, dedication and employees engagement at the Health Secretary, focusing on human capital appreciation to meet the demands of society in a productive, transparent, effective and quickly manner, emphasizing under the auspices of modernity in Managing People in the public sphere, and implementation of favorable measures.
Gestão dos gastos públicos: o impacto dos custos gerados com a coleta e destinação dos resíduos sólidos do município de Benjamin Constant - AM

In this work, entitled Public expenditure management: the impact of the costs generated by the collection and disposal of solid waste in the municipality of Benjamin Constant-AM, we present relevant aspects regarding the treatment of solid waste. The general objective of this research was to analyze the impact of the costs generated by the Collection and Destination of Solid Waste in the Municipality of Benjamin Constant-AM, which made it possible to identify, among other issues, the impact of costs incurred in collecting and disposing of solid waste. We used a qualitative and quantitative approach, through instrumental ones such as questionnaires, bibliographical survey, on-site visit, informal conversations, historical documentary survey. In addition to data from IBGE 2017, the theoretical contribution was supported by authors such as Boaventura Santos (2002), LOPES (2005), MACHADO and HOLANDA (2010), CORREIA (2012), among others. With the result of this work, it will be possible to demonstrate how much resources are consumed by a public organization to produce a given good or service for society, and also, from cost evaluation, to improve planning and municipal budget, knowing with more clarity the allocation of public resources.
Gestão na escola indígena OI`Tchurune: a visão dos seus professores e gestor

Indigenous school education has undergone changes, many of which have emerged through struggles for differentiated education, according to the local reality of each ethnic group, which is now assured by important public educational policies, given the importance of the existence of a management aimed at the emancipation of decision-making power. The present research was carried out in one of the indigenous schools of the community Umariaçú I, located in the city of Tabatinga-AM, through bibliographical and field research, the latter through open interviews directed to teachers, pedagogical support and director. The objective was to understand the mechanisms used in the school administration process and how the indigenous school education in the Municipal School Oi 'Tchürüne has been taking place. It was verified that the mentioned school is not contemplated by the current educational public policies, considering that the teachers knows them, but does not execute them, as a result of the dissatisfaction with the school administration and end up renouncing their rights provided by law. Thus, the school needs to open the dialogue with the surrounding community to understand and develop democratic administration, and thus seek the construction of a school community with its own identity, with values that cultivate the respect and strengthening of the local culture.
A importância do uso sistemas de gestão integrada informatizados na gestão pública

The present research aimed to understand the importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), based on the use of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the scope of public management, and how these technological resources can positively assist in the planning, formulation of public policies and decision making. Having as research locus the Federal Institute of Education of the Amazon IFAM, Campus located in the municipality of Tabatinga-AM, the study was delineated based on three categories of analysis: Public Management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Integrated Management System - (IMS). During the research, it was possible to obtain detailed information about the use of these systems in the administrative scope of the institution and made feasible a careful analysis of the data, thus establishing an effective understanding of the importance of the institutional use of these technological tools, besides measuring the impacts improvements in public service.
Princípios constitucionais na gestão pública

The present work aims to present the importance of the constitucional principles and their application in Public Management, addressing its concept, its application and incorporation in the administration of public managers. The evolution of Brazilian public management was based on the development of three basic management models: patrimonial, bureaucratic and managerial, discovering and implementing the principles that are vital for public management planning, determining the right objectives and then choosing the right means of achieve these objectives.
Os reflexos da redução dos recursos financeiros na administração pública: um olhar sobre o IFAM/Campus Tabatinga, no ano de 2017

This work aims to reflect on the federal financial resources from a look at the IFAM / Campus Tabatinga, in the year 2017, through a case study. The study was developed through an exploratory-descriptive research, with data collection through interviews with unstructured questions made to the servers that perform activities in the area of financial administration. In this way, it was possible to enter into this exciting topic called the public budget and thus to understand a little more about how the "chess pieces" move in practice IFAM / Campus Tabatinga.
