Item Proposta de pesquisa de clima organizacional para o IFAM Campus Parintins(2019-02-16) Rodrigues, Raianne de Souza; Seixas, Margareth Cristina Santos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraThis work is characterized as a postgraduate research at the level of specialization in Public Management, developed at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology from Amazonas - IFAM Campus Parintins, which approached the theme organizational climate from the Organizational Psychology with focus in the area of Organizational Behavior. It was carried out between October and December 2018. Its general objective was to describe an Organizational Climate Survey directed at the servers of the IFAM Campus Parintins and, as specific objectives, to analyze the profile of the servers, to investigate internal and external variables that influence public and outline an organizational climate survey. It is a descriptive study that used the deductive method and the Ishikawa diagram as working methodologies. The design of the organizational climate survey was based on a bibliographical survey and a documentary survey about the characteristics of the target audience and the specificities of the institutional environment. As a result, a feasible proposal for Organizational Climate Research focused on improving the work environment in order to make it healthier and more productive. It was concluded that a more efficient performance of the People Management in the scope of the IFAM is necessary in order that programs and actions of health, quality of life and capacity of the server are implemented for the optimization of the organizational climate.Item Efeitos do controle interno como ferramenta de gestão na percepção de universitários na cidade de Parintins/AM(2019-05-25) Carvalho, Mayara Souza; Carneiro, Leandro Marcondes; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Andreola, Jocélia Felícia; Silva, Thalita Reis daThis paper aims to present the results that the presence of internal control can cause in the Municipality of Parintins. The study was elaborated by means of a bibliographical and documentary survey, as well as the field research about the theme with the purpose of evidencing how internal control functions in the municipality of Parintins; analyze the needs and importance of internal control; and, to approach the perception of the population through the forms of control of the public management of Parintins. This being an exploratory study. Thus, with this research it was possible to verify that there is no analogue and no more effective tool in the fight against error and fraud, such as Internal Control, if it is based on an information and evaluation system that makes it possible to prevent irregularities and attain the purpose of safeguarding public goods.Item A implementação do sistema de controle interno no município de Parintins-AM: desafios e alternativas de ação(2019-05-25) Souza, Harald Dinelly Alves de; Rosa, Bruna Oliveira; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Andreola, Jocélia Felícia; Silva, Thalita Reis daEl control interno es indispensable para que cualquier organización alcance resultados pragmáticos. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la implementación del Sistema de Control Interno en el municipio de Parintins-AM buscando una gestión pública más eficiente y de calidad. Por lo tanto, los mecanismos de control interno posibilitan la prevención de errores, fraudes y desperdicios, pues, permiten a los gestores acompañar el desarrollo de las políticas públicas, la adecuada aplicación de los recursos, la preservación del patrimonio y garantizar la transparencia de las cuentas públicas. Se concluyó que el Control Interno del Municipio de Parintins-AM, puede mostrarse indudablemente eficaz y ocasionar resultados positivos para la gestión pública, pero para ello, es necesario que éste sea perfeccionado constantemente, para abordar un mejor desempeño, acciones de lucha contra la corrupción, más calidad en los servicios públicos y, consecuentemente, promover el bien común.Item Percepções sobre liderança: análise da Secretaria Santa Helena do município de Parintins-AM(2019-05-25) Ferreira, Gigliane Campos; Seixas, Margareth Cristina Santos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Almeida, Silvane Mascarenhas de; Silva, Thalita Reis daThis article has shown that the problem of institutional organization is to find a process to enable employees to understand the importance of leadership, both individual and collective, while at the same time having sufficient insight and power to overcome some of the constraints on cultural assumptions, especially regarding Public Management. Leadership development is distinct from managerial development, as it involves preparing people for roles and situations beyond their experiences. While management development equips managers with the knowledge and skills to improve performance on known tasks through the application of solutions, leadership development seeks to develop capacity to deal with unforeseen challenges. The present work had as objective to examine the management of people and leadership in Public Management, trying to describe the perspective of public employees of the Santa Helena Secretariat of the Municipality of Parintins-AM. It is necessary to plan and modernize budget legislation, seeking new proposals to respond to citizens' wishes. Thus, this article will present information on the preparation of the Public Budget, as well as evidence of its importance within public management and, finally, an analysis will be carried out on budgetary control in the Municipality of Parintins and the population conception about the theme. In this sense, this study aimed to present a proposal of steps capable of structuring the participatory process in public management to Parintins. To do this, it used the survey method from a qualitative study, operationalized with the use of semi-structured interviews with subjects who had some experience in a participatory process in public management, whose data were organized in synthesizers and interpreted with the aid of the technique of content analysis. The conclusion shows that public management, in order to be effectively participatory, needs to ensure that the population participates in all five stages.
