Item STDMC – Sistema de Transmissão de Dados e Monitoramento de Consumo de água: um estudo de caso no Laboratório de Projetos do IFAM-CMDI /(2024-09-27) Souza, Rander Cardoso de; Martiniano, Alexandre Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2232239320901259; Martiniano, Alexandre Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2232239320901259; Silva, Nivaldo Rodrigues e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9653122662843005; Souza, Wenndisson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9258045359598622This work details the development of a water consumption automation and control system for industrial systems, consisting of a physical prototype and a web platform. The goal is to monitor and optimize water use, providing real-time data for strategic decisions. The physical prototype is the basis of the system. It brings together a water flow sensor, an ESP8266 microcontroller, and a Wi-Fi router. The sensor collects water consumption data, which is processed by the ESP8266 and transmitted via Wi-Fi to the web platform. The web platform, developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, receives the data from the prototype, stores it in a database, and presents it to the user in the form of graphs and reports. This platform also allows you to configure consumption limits and define personalized alerts. The project is divided into two crucial phases: Phase 1: Prototype assembly and programming: In this step, the prototype is assembled with the aforementioned components. The ESP8266 microcontroller is programmed to collect data from the sensor, process it, and transmit it via Wi-Fi to the platform. Phase 2: Web platform development: The platform is built to receive, store and present the prototype data. Functionalities such as real-time visualization, graphing and reporting, setting alerts and defining consumption limits can be implemented. The success of the project depends on the seamless integration between the prototype and the web platform, ensuring the collection, processing and presentation of water consumption data in an efficient and reliable manner.Item A automação do processo de fabricação de chocolate: implicações em uma pequena empresa da cidade Manaus(2023-09-13) Costa, João Magalhães; Cordeiro, Celso Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4969144304480235; Cordeiro, Celso Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4969144304480235; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0187470129136467; Teixeira Júnior, Paulo FerreiraHumanity's progress in industrial production has been driven by significant advances in process automation over time. With the application of technology and control systems, tasks that were previously performed manually have been transformed into more efficient and safer operations. The implementation of process automation in the company Incubated at IFAM-CMZL (Federal Institute of Amazonas - Campus Manaus East Zone) has been a notable example of how the adoption of automated systems can bring significant benefits. The present study aims to investigate the advances and benefits of process automation in the industry, focusing on the case study of the company incubated at IFAM-CMZL. This research, according to its purpose, is classified as an applied research, as for the general purpose, this work consists of an exploratory research. Based on the results obtained and the experiences lived during this study, some suggestions for future work were identified that could complement and deepen the research carried out. Although it has been observed that automation has brought significant improvements to the company, it is important to analyze the financial aspects and costs involved in implementing automated processes. Finally, studies are suggested to investigate other stages of the production process in the food industry that could be automated. Continuing research and improving automation processes will certainly bring significant benefits to the food industry as a whole.Item Otimização do processo de remoção de galhos no setor de fundição: estudo de caso no PIM(2023-04-11) Cruz, David Cristian da Costa; Souza, José Geraldo de Pontes e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3583358046117558; Souza, José Geraldo de Pontes e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3583358046117558; Cordeiro, Celso Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4969144304480235; Fontenelle, Carlos GomesLocated in a strategic area, in the heart of the Americas and the Amazon, the Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM) is one of the most modern industrial and technological centers in all of Latin America, currently bringing together more than 500 cutting-edge industries in the segments of Electronics, Two Wheels, Naval, Mechanical, Metallurgy and Thermoplastic, among others, which generate around half a million direct and indirect jobs. A factory in the PIM (industrial center of Manaus) in the two-wheel niche, more precisely in the foundry sector, during the injection of aluminum for the conformation of the part, a “branch” is created that joins the parts that come out of the mold. To remove this material and separate the parts, the operator needs to hit the part with the hammer while the part is hot to break the branch. Based on this analysis, the present work aims to automate this process by making a saw to perform the separation of this material, reducing the ergonomic risks for the operator, following the NR17, meeting the safety standards present in the NR12 and increasing the efficiency of the production process, avoiding loss of parts and injuries to employees.Item Simulação de um processo de automação em uma linha de produção de papel higiênico(2022-12-16) Basques, Ligiane Alzie; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; Castro, Cristóvão Américo Ferreira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4930257608461492; Ramos, Juan Gabriel de Albuquerque; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1155322122391733Automation has great protection in the business sectors of society, such as: health, logistics, residential, internet of things and industry. With all this range of applications, in this TCC an automation project was proposed with the objective of investigating how robotization can be used in the automation of the toilet paper line with the use of industrial robotics. Therefore, the idea was to improve the factory's production process, reduce costs, reduce production time and increase productivity. However, it should be noted how the applicability of these robots may or may not be efficient in the production chain and also in the life of workers in factory environments. From this study, it is concluded that the automation of the production process at the inlet and outlet of the line using robots and an AGV trolley to transport logs requires further studies.Item Sistema automático de irrigação com água da chuva(2021-03-31) Furtado, Lucas Jorhan Nishimura; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; Palheta, Pedro Ivan das Graças; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; Graças, Pedro Ivan das; Ramos, Juan Gabriel de Albuquerque; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey GodinhoThis work consists of the study of an automated irrigation system for houseplants in order to guarantee the efficient use of rainwater. The system uses information from the soil moisture sensor to control the irrigation process. The system interface allows the visualization of the state that meets the level of the tanks. After the analyzes made by means of simulation, satisfactory results were found both for the reduction of the u se of drinking water and for the autonomous decision of the functioning of the process.Item Proposta de melhoria de layout para otimização e automação de processo produtivo(2019-12-17) Silva, Aline Sousa da; Loureiro, Adriano Jorge Mendonça; Loureiro, Adriano Jorge Mendonça; Silva, Gilberto Andrade da; Souza, José Geraldo de Pontes eDA SILVA, Aline Sousa.
