Item Otimização de um sistema de manufatura do processo de soldagem por resistência robotizada para redução de custo com eletrodo(2024-09-18) Oliveira, Ricardo Flores de; Santos, Renan Cavalcante; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6930748017205035; Santos, Renan Cavalcante; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6930748017205035; Ribeiro, Laura Michaella Batista; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8632002394782219; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697Companies in general, especially metallurgical companies spread throughout Brazil, are increasingly seeking, with the help of technology, to have greater competitiveness in the market. And this directly implies improvement work aimed at eliminating waste, increasing profit and maintaining the quality that the market expects. That said, the present work shows that even processes that have been established for a long time can be improved to the point of being on par with current generation equipment. using low-cost resources, already available, and critical analysis of process improvement by those involved. This work describes the improvement in a robotic spot-welding process in which only 3% of the electrode was used, that is, only 0.3 mm of 9mm of the consumables (electrode CT – 309 (bullet). The aim of the improvement is to change the robot's manual adjustment system to an autonomous adjustment system, thus ensuring the conscious use of its consumables. Petri nets were used to model the system and from this, a prototype was proposed using the ladder language and instruction list as programming. At the end, the metrics of the processes before and after optimization are compared. If before we used 3% of the electrode, after the improvement we achieved the result of 67% use of the electrode, that is, we started to use 6mm of the electrode, keeping only the final 3mm as a safety margin with reference to the manufacturer's recommendation.Item Distribuição física ao supply chain management: o ensino e as necessidades de métodos logísticos(2021-03-29) Albuquerque, Luiz Bruno da Silva; Silva, Marcos Carneiro da; Silva, Marcos Carneiro da; Tino, Cláudio Fernandes; Silva, JeffersonItem O uso da tecnologia em forma de aplicativo como melhoria para a logística reversa do lixo eletrônico(2020-03-05) Silva, Vinícius Rocha Lima da; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; Nascimento, Sérgio Vieira do; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; Nascimento, Sérgio Vieira doThe current reality of our planet shows that more and more electronic waste is growing, and consequently people are not knowing how to dispose of it, making it an enemy of the environment. The lack of knowledge on the subject has been decreasing day after day, thanks to the world of the internet and its shared information, making more people worry about this serious problem. This project aims to help not only a reverse logistics company to optimize and increase its number of customers, but also seeks to make people aware of the correct disposal. A study was developed to increase the collection of electronic waste and optimize the process through data collection and using technological and quality tools, thus seeking to achieve its objectives.
