An important role of the PPA is the manager over the course of four years of government. The purpose of this article is to compare the expenditures of the 2014/2017 and 2018/2021 PPAs in the municipality of Tabatinga-AM. The choice of one of the PPA's of the Municipality of Tabatinga was due to its importance in the Alto Solimões Microregion. In order to respond to the proposed objective, this research is classified as a documentary and descriptive research, since the data are classified as instruments. Law 11,947, dated June 16, 2009, establishes that at least 30% (percent) of the amount passed on to the State, Municipalities and Federal District by the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE) for the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) ) must be used for the purchase of foodstuffs from family farming. Thus, this public policy aims to ensure that schools have a healthier and better quality of food. However, it is necessary to understand how this policy has become effective in school everyday. To do so, this descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, was based on the case study, whose data collection techniques were 09 semi-structured interviews with different actors: family farmer, School Manager, School Lunch Coordination of the Municipal Department of Education (SEMED) ), The Standing Committee on Municipal Bidding (CPL), the Rural Workers' Union of Tabatinga-Am (STTR) and the Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Development of the State of Amazonas (IDAM). The main results found are that there are differences between the difficulties claimed by family farmers and the actions carried out by public agencies.Item Caracterização da agricultura familiar no município de Benjamin Constant: uma análise com os agricultores familiares da estrada do Umarizal(2019-05-29) Almeida, Maria Rosângela Santos; Malvezzi, Felipe de Almeida; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Paulo, Idelmar do Nascimento; Cordeiro, Adiny Heimy MullerThe objective of the study was to characterize family farming in the municipality of Benjamin Constant: an analysis with the familiar farmers of the Estrada do Umarizal. The methods chosen to be used in this study were: bibliographical research, documentary and survey of information in the field. In relation to the lot size, most of the lots measure 25 hectares. As far as the majority origin of the farmers is natural of the municipality of Benjamin Constant. Regarding schooling, some reported that they did not have the opportunity to study because of difficulties encountered in attending school. Of the total of the sample, 96% of the interviewees practice agricultural activities and 12 cultivated crops are found. Among these crops, banana is the most practiced crop with 36.59%, followed by manihot (Manihot esculenta Crantz) found in the farmers' plantations (30%), with 24,29% and cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum) with 12,86 %. The livelihood of the families is obtained with the commercialization of the products cultivated in the properties. The family farming in the properties surveyed on the Estrada do Umarizal is characterized by the use of natural resources available. The food consumed in the diet, in the family units in the municipality of Benjamin Constant, is characterized by the use and access to different foods derived from agroecosystems. For, the production and obtaining of food are destined to the maintenance of the family unit guaranteeing the diversity of food for the farmers, and guarantees the economic stability of the familiar units. Sustainable management guarantees the durability of family farming in the Alto Solimões River region in which actions permit the conservation of local landscapes.Item As demonstrações contábeis como instrumentos auxiliares nas tomadas de decisões no IFAM/Campus Tabatinga(2019-05-29) Silva, Kleyton Sérgio da; Paulo, Idelmar do Nascimento; Paulo, Idelmar do Nascimento; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Cordeiro, Adiny Heimy MullerThe purpose of this paper is to identify which statements were used and in which situation. The purpose of this article is to identify which statements were used and in which situation were consulted. The applied methodology was documentary consultations and a direct questionnaire with all statements required by law in a short answer: yes or no, and giving the explanation of reporting the facts or acts that the tools were consulted, and, positive results were obtained regarding the use of the statements. Public organizations make their management of resources as well as private entities, but their mission is to assist society with public goods and services, resulting from the application of resources in those units. In this essentially public organization, it is incumbent only on the expenditure author - the unit manager - to make decisions on the allocation of financial resources in order to prioritize the collective interest and zeal with the public patrimonyItem Gerenciamento e aplicabilidade dos recursos do FUNDEB no município de Tabatinga no período de 2017 a 2018(2019-02-20) Siqueira, Valdemir Nilo; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Paulo, Idelmar do Nascimento; Kruger, Juliano MiltonThe work analyzes the operationalization of the Fund for Maintenance and Development of Basic Education between the period 2017 to 2018 in the context of the municipal public finances of the municipality of Tabatinga. We worked with data from the Finance Department of the municipality of Tabatinga, in addition to the Municipal Council of FUNDEB and the collection of data in newspapers, newsletters, transparency portal and consultation on the Banco do Brasil website. In order to check whether the applicability of resources by the municipal government, corresponding to 60% were consistent with what the legislation that governs the applicability of FUNDEB resources, it was verified that there were no significant impacts in terms of gains or increases in the remuneration of teachers, and that although the payments of education servers be in days noted that in several months of the year 2017 and 2018 expenses outpaced expenses. This Article has the pretension of diagnoses how the public managing is done at the Health Secretary of Tabatinga, located at western end of State of Amazonas, referring to permanent employees’s professional development. To propose practices to improve the managing processes of municipal people management that satisfy or minimize the existents problems. Verify the form of action used by people management about the professional development of its servants, as well as, quantify the level of satisfaction at workplace, dedication and employees engagement at the Health Secretary, focusing on human capital appreciation to meet the demands of society in a productive, transparent, effective and quickly manner, emphasizing under the auspices of modernity in Managing People in the public sphere, and implementation of favorable measures.Item Gestão na escola indígena OI`Tchurune: a visão dos seus professores e gestor(2019-05-29) Lucena, Sônia Liberato; Caproni Neto, Henrique Luiz; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Paulo, Idelmar do Nascimento; Cordeiro, Adiny Heimy MullerIndigenous school education has undergone changes, many of which have emerged through struggles for differentiated education, according to the local reality of each ethnic group, which is now assured by important public educational policies, given the importance of the existence of a management aimed at the emancipation of decision-making power. The present research was carried out in one of the indigenous schools of the community Umariaçú I, located in the city of Tabatinga-AM, through bibliographical and field research, the latter through open interviews directed to teachers, pedagogical support and director. The objective was to understand the mechanisms used in the school administration process and how the indigenous school education in the Municipal School Oi 'Tchürüne has been taking place. It was verified that the mentioned school is not contemplated by the current educational public policies, considering that the teachers knows them, but does not execute them, as a result of the dissatisfaction with the school administration and end up renouncing their rights provided by law. Thus, the school needs to open the dialogue with the surrounding community to understand and develop democratic administration, and thus seek the construction of a school community with its own identity, with values that cultivate the respect and strengthening of the local culture.Item Políticas públicas voltadas para saneamento básico: uma análise do PPA 2014/2017 do município de Tabatinga - AM(2019-02-20) Cooper, Marineide Ferreira; Bretas, Paula Fernandes Furbino; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Paulo, Idelmar do NascimentoA public policy aims to modify daily life to meet the needs of social welfare. The accessing to basic sanitation is a very important aspect for a quality of life and welfare of the population. The objective of this article is to analise the prediction of resource allocation in expenditure items that compose the municipal public policies for basic sanitation in the multiyear plan 2014-2017 of Tabatinga. The choice of an analysis in the Municipality of Tabatinga occurred because the lack of basic sanitation in most recent IBGE surveys is high, considering the relevance of the municipality to the microregion of Alto Solimões. To answer the proposed objective, this descriptive research is classified as a documentary research, because it relied on secondary data as instruments. In this way, it was possible to enter into this exciting topic called the public budget and thus to understand a little more about how the "chess pieces" move in practice IFAM / Campus Tabatinga.Item Transporte e armazenagem de merenda escolar: uma análise do processo logístico para as escolas municipais da zona rural não indígena de Tabatinga – AM(2019-02-20) Nascimento, Edwim Ricardo; Malvezzi, Felipe de Almeida; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Porto, Selomi Bermeguy; Paulo, Idelmar do NascimentoThe natural characteristics of the Amazon region require the use of a logistics that is efficient in meeting the cities and communities that exist in these places as far away and many are difficult to access. School meals should arrive in perfect physical condition and quality for consumption. The main objective of this research was to analyze the logistics process of school meals for non-indigenous rural communities in the municipality of Tabatinga overlooking the transport and storage of products activity. It used questionnaires in interviews with managers responsible for this logistical process for the analysis and formation of this article. It identified a complex work required for these steps logistics, so as to prevent external actions that may negatively influence the path.
