In this scenario, people turned to entertainment for company, while socially isolating within their homes. As a result, there was an increase in the consumption of streaming videos. However, despite the ease that users have when it comes to these services, it is worth emphasizing that there are several obstacles in terms of the quality of service offered by providers, especially in terms of monitoring the perceived quality by their users. Therefore, this work offers a web system, called Baré Office, which fulfills the role of a regulatory agency that monitors the perceived quality of videos, through subjective evaluations made by customers of video streaming service providers, as well as objective assessments carried out from a video player. In order to achieve this objective, the Scrum methodology is going to be used for the development process. With this system, it is expected that there is going to be more efficient and reliable supervision regarding the perceived evaluation by users of video streaming services, because not only will the customer have actually watched the video, but it is also going to increase the trustworthiness of the regulatory agency in knowing the quality of each provider's service.Item Diário digital criptografado para auxílio em acompanhamento psicológico(2022-12-15) Terceros, Diego Alejandro Bejarano; Silva, Emmerson Santa Rita da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2816676765167172; Silva, Emmerson Santa Rita da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2816676765167172; Bezerra, Sergio Augusto Coelho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2717823426841852; Santos Júnior, Antônio Ferreira dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5353782518190667When developing, human beings interact with their surroundings and this, in contrast, generates emotions and feelings. Commonly, and to immortalize these experiences, the individual tends to portray these physically on devices such as papers or others. In recent times, the use of the “diary” has been of great importance to people, since it represents what is experienced on a daily basis, and serves therapeutically for the subject in question. Therefore, this course completion work aims to develop a mobile application for the Android platform that will serve as an encrypted digital diary to assist in psychological monitoring. Having thus carried out research that addresses the digital diary as a computational tool for recording emotional data and interpersonal relationships, as well as encryption techniques in mobile systems for the Android platform. Bibliographically, the following descriptors were used: “emotional data records”, “digital diary”, “Android encryption”, “emotional data record”, “e-diary” and “psychological monitoring” in Portuguese and English. Finally, it is concluded that the development of this work created a storage method, which will encrypt the data, structured in the form of a diary that can be accessed by a psychologist, thus making the psychological follow-up of the user more interconnected.Item Player baré: um sistema web para execução de vídeos com subsídio à avaliação subjetiva da qualidade percebida realizadas por clientes de prestadoras de serviços de streaming de vídeos(2023-12-06) Torres, Lucas Viana; Bezerra, Sergio Augusto Coelho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2717823426841852; Bezerra, Sergio Augusto Coelho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2717823426841852; Silva, João Guilherme de Moraes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8858208829955159; Silva, Emmerson Santa Rita da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2816676765167172Due to the significant advancements in telecommunications and internet technologies, various video streaming service providers such as Netflix, Net, Amazon Prime Video, Globo Player, among others, can make their content available to customers for viewing through video players. In this context, regulatory agencies aim to ensure that customers can truly enjoy the services offered by these providers. The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), the regulatory agency in Brazil, requires service providers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, typically conducted through phone calls or emails. Among the various questions, the one related to the perceived quality of the videos watched by customers, known as Quality-of-Experience (QoE), is generally the most relevant. It is worth noting, however, that there are limitations to the current method used to measure QoE, as surveys are conducted long after the videos have been watched by customers and are carried out by companies hired by the service providers themselves. To address these limitations, this work proposes a WEB application, called Player Baré, which not only plays videos from providers but also allows the recording of subjective evaluations by customers about the perceived visual quality, either during or after watching the videos. Player Baré also sends these evaluations to both service providers and regulatory agencies. The Agile Scrum methodology was adopted as a construction guideline for Player Baré, and various systems analysis and development technologies were used, such as Visual Studio Code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Django, OpenCV, NodeJS, MySQL, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Bizagi Modeler, and BrModelo. Several empirical tests were conducted, demonstrating the great potential of Player Baré for both video playback and supporting the subjective evaluation of perceived quality by customers. Additionally, Player Baré contributes to the monitoring carried out by both video streaming service providers and their regulatory agencies.Item Sistema mobile de gerenciamento de entregas para pequenas empresas(2022-12-15) Nascimento, Victor Duarte; Silva, Emmerson Santa Rita da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2816676765167172; Silva, Emmerson Santa Rita da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2816676765167172; Santos Júnior, Antônio Ferreira dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5353782518190667; Bezerra, Sergio Augusto Coelho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2717823426841852Logistics plays a fundamental role in daily life, whether in business environments or in the supply of resources. The tool aims to support teachers and students, with or without hearing impairments, in the teaching and learning of modeling computer systems from diagrams. The RAD (Rapid Application Development) model was adopted for the development of the tool. RAD is an approach that is particularly suitable for individual projects that require agile development and fast results, while maintaining the quality of the final product. Using the JavaScript library mxGraph and the VLibras API, UMLibras was designed to assist in the modeling of the Use Case diagram with associated figures and videos with interpreters. It is expected that UMLibras will contribute significantly to the teaching and learning of such UML models, seeking to offer support to the teacher in teaching, as well as to create favorable conditions for the learning of these students. In this sense, the use of UMLibras in educational institutions can promote both education and the increase in job offers in an inclusive and egalitarian manner.Item Umlibras web: ferramenta computacional para criação de diagramas de sequência com acessibilidade em libras(2022-12-15) Ferreira, Renato Pereira; Bezerra, Sergio Augusto Coelho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2717823426841852; Bezerra, Sergio Augusto Coelho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2717823426841852Inserted in the context of inclusive education and assistive technology, this work developed a computational tool for creating sequence diagrams of the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with accessibility resources in Libras, which will subsidize the teaching-learning of students, with or without disabilities hearing, in the modeling of computational systems. The professor will have a didactic-pedagogical resource to help him in exposing the content related to the sequence diagram, favoring the learning of students with hearing impairment and thus promoting inclusive education. Currently, there is a great shortage of tools suitable for the context and needs of students with hearing impairments. From this perspective, the developed tool seeks to support the teacher in the proposed activities, creating conditions for the learning of these students. Named UMLibras, the tool was built using the mxGraph JavaScript library and the VLibras Application Programming Interface (API) as a base structure, aiming to assist in modeling the sequence diagram through the use of videos, illustrations and the Libras language. In this way, it is expected to contribute to the teaching-learning of students with or without hearing impairment, making their access to information and proposed knowledge easier.
