    Ateliê de cartas (auto)biográficas: navegando em cartas, tecendo histórias

    The Training Proposal presented in this educational product was crea ted with the aim of contributing to the continued training of Elementary School teachers — Early Years, by promoting reflection on their teaching work with regard to literacy in multigrade classes of the Rural Education — EC, in addition to collaborating in self-understanding and teacher (self)training, through (auto)biographical writing in letters. Specifically, it is intended to provide opportunities for reflection on teaching work with regard to literacy and literacy in multigrade classes; deepen knowledge about the proposed themes; trigger a (self) formative process based on the life-training stories of teachers inserted in Rural Education in Manaus. This is a training procedure, entitled Autobiographical Letters Workshop — Navigating letters, weaving stories, which proposes a path of (self) formation, through (auto)biographical writing in letters produced during six workshops/meetings in which participants have the opportunity to remember, retell and recreate their life stories and training until they reach teaching in Rural Education, together with readings, discussions and problematizations of themes that emerged from the master's research that gave rise to this Training Proposal. This procedure proved to be possible and viable for the purpose for which it was designed, and can be used in other training contexts.

    “Sou professor da EP: o que devo saber?”: ampliando os saberes para a atuação docente na educação profissional

    This pedagogical support material entitled “I am a professor at Technological Professional Education EP...what should I know? was built from a master’s research that aimed to analyze the constitution of the teaching of unlicensed professionals (bachelors and technologists) working in technical vocational education of medium level (EPTNM). In this qualitative research, 07 teachers who work in this teaching modality were interviewed. Among the knowledge that forms the basis for teaching, experience knowledge stands out, especially that which comes from working in the labor market and from references from former teachers who are considered good teachers. Also in the teachers’ reports unanimity, was found in the lack of reading and discussions about the specific knowledge of vocational education, that is, the theoretical basis that supports this training, as well as some reported difficulties arising from the lack of pedagogical training. In view of these findings, we decided to create a pedagogical support material that could contribute to the construction of this knowledge by non-licensed professionals who work as teachers in professional education, providing subsidies for the improvement of their pedagogical practice, as well as for the implementation of professional education based on its theoretical bases.

    T his guide is part of a master’s research developed with the Graduate Program in Technological Education of IFAM - Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amazonas, which aimed to investigate how and under what professional circumstances bachelors who work in Professional Education Medium Level Technician - EPTNM constitute themselves as teachers. It should be remembered that educational products are a requirement of professional master’s degrees. In this research, which is based on the assumptions of qualitative research with a narrative approach, we interviewed six bachelors who work at EPTNM, in order to know how these professionals, work in this teaching modality they constitute themselves as teachers, considering the reasons that led them to choose to teach, the ways in which they formed themselves and the experiences lived as a teacher. With the analysis of the interviews and training memorials written by the research participants, it was possible, among other questions, to understand the difficulties they experienced in the scope of teaching. Thus, as a contribution to the bachelors who enter teaching, we chose to build, as a product educational research, this Didactic Guide, with didactic and pedagogical terms and concepts that can assist in the construction of the pedagogical knowledge of bachelors. We emphasize that the research participants collaborated with this material with suggestions of terms and reports of the difficulties they experienced at the beginning of their teaching. We hope that this guide can support the bachelor who becomes a teacher in his practice as a teacher, a challenge that is still present in the context of professional education.
