    Uma proposta de educação ambiental quanto a reserva Adolpho Ducke para alunos do ensino fundamental

    The Forest Reserve Adolpho Ducke has a 10.000 square meter open-air scientific laboratory in the Amazon, its solid ground forest has a wealth of animals and plant that arouses the interest of researchers from all over the world and the curiosity of elementary school students of the schools around this Environmental Preservation Area (EPA). For this reason, it was aimed to evidence the knowledge of the students of the State School Professora Tereza Siqueira Tupinambá, located in the northern part of the city of Manaus-AM, about the Adolpho Ducke Forest Reserve. A questionnaire was applied to measure learners' knowledge, the results showed that more than 75% of them did not know the location of the reserve by its name and the activities that are developed in it, and approximately 86% believe there is no restriction to enter the same path constructed by residents of the community without proper authorization, have also shown that they are unaware of the natural risks that exist in this area of the forest. In response to the results, lectures were given on environmental education with the objective of assisting students in the role played by the reserve, its creation, biodiversity, aspects of animals and plants, water resources and impacts caused by anthropic action. They were instructed to know this conservation unit in a safer and healthier way, allowing with this, a greater learning in the area of sciences and a citizen training more conscious and responsible for the conservation and maintenance of our natural resources.

    Recurso didático para o ensino do reino fungi a partir das experiências práticas vivenciadas no ensino fundamental

    The present monograph proposed the construction of a digital didactic resource on the fungi kingdom from the experiences lived in Primary Education. The sample population consisted of 25 students from the 7th grade and the research was carried out during the supervised stage I in the science classes at a private school in the city of Manaus. The qualitative study was carried out with the application of a questionnaire to obtain results and the application of theoretical and theoretical-practical classes, using biological samples and optical microscopy equipment from the microscopy laboratory of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas. The results obtained demonstrated the importance of the laboratory experiments for the interrelationship of the theory addressed in the classroom and the practice in the process of teaching learning.

    The work of conclusion of course (CBT) is a scientific activity of systematizing knowledge about an object of study or problem. This research presents the results of the mapping of monographs constructed next to the course of Biological Sciences Degree of the IFAM, from 2006 to 2012. The aim was to identify, based on this mapping, the research themes, methodological approaches, tools for collection of data and formative aspects that indicated allusions to the formation by competences and professor researcher. For that, a documentary research was carried out, which analyzed 85 monographs. The qualitative research approach was predominant with questionnaire use and directed interview, as well as emphasis on ecology, parasitology and botany. In the general topics related to education, the study prevailed with didactic resources, cross-cutting themes, teaching strategies and articulation of theory and practice in teaching. As for the formative aspects, two studies were registered that indicated the formation by competences and professor researcher. The study became relevant because it is necessary to observe if the one proposed in the PPC has been fulfilled, since the profile to be formed is the Professor Researcher of Biological Sciences.
