Specifically, it is intended to provide opportunities for reflection on teaching work with regard to literacy and literacy in multigrade classes; deepen knowledge about the proposed themes; trigger a (self) formative process based on the life-training stories of teachers inserted in Rural Education in Manaus. This is a training procedure, entitled Autobiographical Letters Workshop — Navigating letters, weaving stories, which proposes a path of (self) formation, through (auto)biographical writing in letters produced during six workshops/meetings in which participants have the opportunity to remember, retell and recreate their life stories and training until they reach teaching in Rural Education, together with readings, discussions and problematizations of themes that emerged from the master's research that gave rise to this Training Proposal. This procedure proved to be possible and viable for the purpose for which it was designed, and can be used in other training contexts.

Guia de estudo: como combater a evasão escolar?
(2023-10-30) Silva, Romilson Alves da; Anic, Cinara Calvi
Brazilian education has been experiencing the problem of school dropout for a long time. According to the United Nations Children’s Fund, in a study carried out for this institution in 2022, it was found that two million individuals between the ages of 11 and 19 left school and had not yet completed basic education (UNICEF, 2022). There are several reasons that led these students to drop out, such as lack of identification with the course, family problems, among others. One of the difficulties faced in minimizing this problem is the lack of consensus on the concept of evasion, which challenges the development of effective public policies aimed at this issue. The Guide presented here was born from a master’s degree research carried out in a public school in Itaituba-PA with managers, teachers and students who dropped out of Integrated to Technical High School course. The research showed that there are no effective actions on the art of government spheres to combat evasion, although there are some specific initiatives. Given this context, we created this Study Guide to guide school managers, pedagogues and teachers towards actions that contribute to minimizing dropouts in Secondary Technical Professional Education. Highlighted are actions related to school management, alternatives to expand partnerships between the school and other institutions, such as Education Departments and private companies, as well as suggestions for teachers regarding teaching work, welcoming students and the school itself. school-family articulation. We hope that this Guide can effectively contribute so that the school community as a whole can strengthen the bond with families and students themselves so that, together, they can envision possibilities to keep students in school, especially in the context of technical professional education. middle level.

(2023-10-31) Souza, Angelica Ribeiro de; Anic, Cinara Calvi
This educational product was created based on studies carried out in the dissertation “Career Guidance for Primary School Students”. The Career Guidance Guide entitled “Trees of the Future: A Guide to Implementing and Conducting a Career Guidance Workshop” was developed in e-book format in order to be a localized material accessible to the entire school and academic community so that the importance of discussing career guidance with this group of students, 9th graders, can be disseminated. This guide follows existing norms for its composition and better applicability in theoretical bases focused on the techniques presented here. The aim of this material is to contribute to the maturing of the professional inclinations of students graduating from elementary school who are interested in Integrated Secondary Education, given that the research carried out shows that career guidance aims to promote assertive and conscious choices not only in the professional field, but throughout the participant’s life project.
