The difficulty in understanding may be due to the lack of mastery of content and thus of mathematical formalism. These factors are even greater if we consider the teaching of the visually impaired, due to the lack of reference in the context of contextualization and application in daily life. The teaching proposal present in this work aims at a conceptual approach of High School Thermology with low cost tactile 3D educational resources (mockups) that can compensate for blind or low vision students' lack of vision (if there are any in the classroom) but which can be used without any limitation for regular students. For through them it is possible to demonstrate molecular interactions present in images in textbooks in a manageable and interactive way. The activities developed were based on Vygotsky's Socio-Historical theory and the product consists of a guide for the teacher, in which he will find not only the activities of the didactic sequence that we propose for the learning of these concepts, laws and properties, but also suggestions on how to organize classroom activities and how to act as a mediator during such activities. In addition, a model of a residential electrical installation built by the students with the guidance of the teacher with leftover materials is used, used as a facilitating pedagogical tool in the internalization of the concepts. As a data collection mechanism, a Pre and Post Test were used, containing 06 questions each. A qualitative analysis was carried out from the answers to the test questions, generating a test score to assess the individual performance of the students in the class. To trigger the didactic sequence, a problem-situation was formulated based on the idea that sound can sometimes cause noise pollution, generating a conflicting situation in students' experiential reality. When we think of sound, we conclude that we are, in fact, immersed in a world of sound waves what can raise countless questions. Through this problem situation the students were encouraged to investigate this chosen theme in order to know the impact caused by sound on our lives and to evaluate the risks that some sound sources may cause to our health and the life of other living beings. To apply the didactic sequence, three main actions were developed: 1) A presentation of the problem-situation to the students, 2) Investigation and generalization of conclusions drawn from research sources, and 3) An oral presentation of research reports. During the execution of these tasks, students had the opportunity to develop important competences and skills for understanding the process of science construction and for learning physical concepts, among which we highlight teamwork, the ability to recognize sources of information. relevant to the investigation of a problem, the ability to mobilize resources and people and to listen and give opinions.
