    Ateliê biográfico: tecendo e entrelaçando histórias - Ressignificando nossas práticas docentes

    Project Workshop: weaving and intertwining stories, resignifying our teaching practices" stems from the research entitled "Insubmissive Narratives, of Resistances and Empowerment: a proposal for teacher training based on Afro-perspective for a pluriversal education", developed within Line 1 of the Postgraduate Program in Technological Teaching: Processes for Effectiveness in Teacher Training and Pedagogical Work in Technological Teaching Contexts. Its main objective is to contribute to the continuing education of teachers for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations (ERER), based on an Afro perspective agenda and proposing a construct of pluriversal education for the effectiveness of educational work that addresses the ethnic-racial diversity existing in schools. Thus, it aims to comply with what is advocated by legal provisions regarding the obligation of Law 10.639/03, which seeks to rescue, recognize, and valorize the production of knowledge and the circularity of the knowledge of Africans and the African diaspora. Thus, effectuating an indispensable anti-racist and decolonial education for the construction of mutual respect and equity among people.

    Plano de Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente Centrado na Escola (PDPDCE): o que é e como se faz?

    This educational product is the result of a research process carried out as part of the Professional Master's Degree in Technological Education of the Graduate Program in Technological Education (PPGET) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM). Its title is: "School-centered Teacher Professional Development Plan (PDPDCE): what is it and how do you do it?". The general aim of this product is to provide formative experiences that act on the professional development of teachers. It was developed and evaluated with four teachers who took part in the research, seven members of the GEPROFET/PPGET/IFAM research group and three professors who made up the dissertation defense panel. The product is organized into two parts: the first, "Grounding the journey", presents the key concepts that underpin the proposal, namely: teacher training; School-Centered Professional Teacher Development and collaborative work; the second, "Dialogic Meetings as a formative path in the construction of the PDPDCE", which shows action research as a possibility for building paths to the DPDCE; we detail the cycle of this type of research and lay out the twelve formative scripts used in the experience of the Dialogic Meetings (containing: workload, objectives, resources, evaluation and description of the activities carried out). The results of the Dialogic Meetings showed that the collaborative construction of the PDPDCE acts: 1) to break out of the professional isolation of teachers; 2) the collaborative construction of the PDPDCE and the reflective experience acts on teacher learning and the re-signification of pedagogical practice; 3) it acts on teacher valorization.

    PODFORMAR: uma proposta para a formação inicial de professores de História na perspectiva do Letramento Histórico

    This educational product (PE) is the result of research entitled “From the martyrdom of memory to the enchantment of imagination: a proposal for the initial training of History teachers from the perspective of historical literacy”, ocated in the field of Teacher Training and History Education. The agreements for Historical Literacy move towards the critique of the memoirist model of teaching for the discipline of History, revealing alternative possibilities in a critical teaching perspective. The research proposal analyzed the contributions of the Historical Literacy category to the reflection of teaching practices during the initial training of History teachers. The results of the investigation served as a basis for the construction of a proposal for the initial training of History teachers anchored in historical literacy. The observed that served as a vehicle for this training was the Podcast Podformar, a scientific dissemination program that aims to contribute to the training of future teachers who are increasingly aware of their role in the training of critical subjects. Teachers trained through this proposal will be able to relate school teaching to everyday life and, thus, form critical subjects who are attentive to their environment.

    “Sou professor da EP: o que devo saber?”: ampliando os saberes para a atuação docente na educação profissional

    This pedagogical support material entitled “I am a professor at Technological Professional Education EP...what should I know? was built from a master’s research that aimed to analyze the constitution of the teaching of unlicensed professionals (bachelors and technologists) working in technical vocational education of medium level (EPTNM). In this qualitative research, 07 teachers who work in this teaching modality were interviewed. Among the knowledge that forms the basis for teaching, experience knowledge stands out, especially that which comes from working in the labor market and from references from former teachers who are considered good teachers. Also in the teachers’ reports unanimity, was found in the lack of reading and discussions about the specific knowledge of vocational education, that is, the theoretical basis that supports this training, as well as some reported difficulties arising from the lack of pedagogical training. In view of these findings, we decided to create a pedagogical support material that could contribute to the construction of this knowledge by non-licensed professionals who work as teachers in professional education, providing subsidies for the improvement of their pedagogical practice, as well as for the implementation of professional education based on its theoretical bases.

    Caderno temático formativo: sala inclusiva: contribuições para formação de professores no contexto da surdez

    This thematic booklet is a proposal for teacher training in the area of special education in the inclusive perspective, it aims to help teachers who work in an inclusive classroom, with deaf students. The educational product is organized into four units, namely: I thematic unit, which presents some historical facts about the education of the deaf, experience reports and theoretical studies; II thematic unit, which brings the important legislation that subsidizes teacher training, curricular adaptations and accessibility; III thematic unit, which discusses barriers in an inclusive classroom and visual and pedagogical communication strategies; and IV thematic unit, which socializes the different strategies and possibilities of classroom organization. The units are composed of guidance strips and sections such as “Dialogue”, “Hands on” and “Assessment”, organized within moments to assist the trainer. The educational product has a qualitative nature, with theoretical references in Gaudiot (2010), Fransolin (2016), Quadros (2004), Martins (2012), Brazil (2002), Brazil (1996), among others. From the above, we understand that the study of the material has its didactic relevance for the training of teachers, since it socializes guidelines that allow the teacher to think about the organization of the school space in an inclusive perspective. We hope, therefore, that the contributions of this booklet reach teacher training courses, enabling them to be included in the classroom.

    This e-book has as its central theme "Planning Distance Education Classes". It is articulated with the results of the dissertation research entitled Teachers and Teaching: journeys in Distance Education at IFAM developed in the Post-graduate Program in Technological Education - PPGET of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas - IFAM. The purpose of the research was to investigate whether the pedagogical training offered to teachers who worked in the Lato Sensu Specialization courses in Rural Education and African and Afro-Brazilian History and Culture - conducted through the Open University of Brazil at IFAM - provided them with essential knowledge to face the challenge of planning and executing their classes in Distance Education - DE. Thus, the e-book aims to assist the teaching work in the field of DE, with pedagogical and technical guidelines aimed at planning classes in this educational aspect. As for the methodological procedures that comprised the research, it was documental and qualitative in nature, with a qualitative approach. For the evaluation of this e-book, 10 education professionals were invited, and they presented a high level of acceptance of the e-book, highlighting that it represents an important instrument to guide pedagogical practices in DE, and, in this sense, it is capable of subsidizing the improvement of the teaching work in this educational modality.

    Da várzea à terra firma: casos de ensino: uma abordagem pedagógica para formação de professores do ensino com mediação tecnológica no Amazonas

    This educational product is the result of an investigation process carried out in the Professional Master's Degree in Technological Teaching of the Postgraduate Program in Technological Teaching (PPGET) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM). Its title is "Da Várzea a Terra Firme". And presented the challenges faced by the teachers of the Centro de Mídias de Educação do Amazonas of the State Education Department with the possibility of minimizing / overcoming the demands for improvement through teacher training using the case instruction method. The achievement of this objective was addressed by the pursuit of listening, observing and structuring the narratives in and out of classroom experiences where teaching is mediated by digital technology in distant communities including the most remote cities from Manaus. The e-book but also to show how teaching cases and their educational objectives can establish learning communities and provide personal training advantage and professional. In addition, teaching cases as didactic material contribute to the improvement of teaching practice and have the effect of inspiring teachers with different perspectives, suggestions about a situation, providing a safe environment to idealize solutions or decision making.

    The assessment of learning directly collaborates with the teaching and learning process of students, for this it is necessary to think about which evaluation instruments and criteria are being adopted by educators in their pedagogical practice. The concept of assessment encompasses a variety of factors, ranging from an act of judgment to a quality judgment, considering the student's academic performance. It is understood that it is necessary to have initial training aimed at undergraduates and teachers so that they rethink their assessment practice and the role they are playing in their professions, consequently strengthening the assessment process in educational institutions. The purpose of the course is to train teachers for the conscious exercise of teaching with regard to the Assessment of learning, through instruments and criteria in spaces of initial or continuing education. The proposed course has a workload of 30 hours, taking place in person, with seven daily meetings, originating from a research developed in the Graduate Program in Technological Education, configuring itself as an educational product. Classes can be taught in a dialogued expository manner, with interaction between course participants through group dynamics, discussions and supervised practices.
