Item Construção de uma unidade de ensino potencialmente significativa (UEPS) para o estudo das transformações gasosas no novo ensino médio(2024-12-06) Lima, Diego Alvino; Padilha, Igor Tavares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4605895860650284; Padilha, Igor Tavares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4605895860650284; Guilherme, Adriano Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9119402956173089; Borges, Denilson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7149037835888302The purpose of this work is to build a potentially significant teaching unit (UEPS), through a didactic sequence for teaching gaseous transformations, aimed at basic education students in the public network of the state of Amazonas, included in the life project discipline. of the new high school. The aim is to identify evidence of meaningful and critical learning. From this perspective, problematizing how Physics has been taught in Basic Education to the detriment of everyday practical relationships, the question arises: can these relationships really be inserted and experienced in schools with the aim of obtaining potentially significant learning? What are the difficulties encountered by Basic Education teachers in bringing day-to-day practices into the classroom? How can using a pressure cooker contribute to teaching Physics? With the purpose of adding the school routine to the historical, social and economic daily life, in which we are inserted today, schools, as proposed by the new National Curricular Guidelines for Basic Education and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education – Law 9,394 /96 – aim to prepare students for the world of work, science and technology. Therefore, we use the pressure cooker, inserted in a didactic sequence, contributing to a problem situation, as it is a fascinating example of how physical principles can be applied in a practical and innovative way in cooking. Its role in accelerating the cooking process, saving energy and preserving food nutrients makes it a valuable tool in the contemporary kitchen. However, it is crucial to understand the underlying physical principles and follow recommended safety practices to fully enjoy the benefits of the pressure cooker. In this way, we worked with proposals for collaborative activities to resolve problem situations, as well as appropriating the theoretical framework of Ausubel's Theory of Meaningful Learning articulated with Moreira's critical meaningful learning.Item Supercondutividade: uma sequência didática para introdução do tema no ensino médio e a percepção dos professores do município de Tabatinga - AM(2024-10-08) Rocha, Reinaldo Carneiro; Silva, Márcio Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2363782297790054; Silva, Márcio Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2363782297790054; Fonseca, Thiago Lobo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5010081570733897; Sousa, José Ricardo de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3871066069541626Superconductivity is the phenomenon characterized by zero electrical resistance and the expulsion of magnetic fields that occurs in certain materials when they are below a certain temperature. The phenomenon was discovered by the German physicist Heike Kamerlingh Onnes on April 8, 1911, in Leiden. The study of superconductors is an area in constant evolution and discovery. As this is a very current and exciting topic, it is necessary to introduce concepts on the subject. This work aims to create an educational product through a didactic sequence for teaching superconductivity to students in the final years of regular high school. This study also aimed to address and relate the concept of superconductivity to other fundamental concepts of electrodynamics; to apply the concept of superconductivity in the context of Ohm's Law, making them accessible and understandable to students during their lessons; and to arouse students' interest and curiosity in science and physics. The methodology adopted involved qualitative and descriptive bibliographical research, with a review covering various works that address theoretical concepts of superconductivity. Questionnaires containing open and closed questions were used to collect data from the participants, as well as activities and assessments designed to verify learning. David Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning underpins the work. The data collected was subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, showing a positive and decisive knowledge of the concepts of superconductivity and its phenomena. The application of these concepts in an accessible and comprehensive way proved satisfactory, establishing links between the students' previous knowledge and the new concepts. Considering that the implementation of this research through a didactic sequence was satisfactorily accepted by 82% of the students involved in the study, this work contributes to the improvement of Modern Physics teaching, emphasizing the importance of contextualization and practical applicability of concepts in the teaching-learning process.Item Teoria da relatividade restrita de Einstein para alunos do ensino médio utilizando filmes de ficção científica como recurso didático(2024-10-08) Mendes, Raimundo Wagner Pereira; Silva, Márcio Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2363782297790054; Silva, Márcio Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2363782297790054; Rivera, Jose Anglada; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5724564590431920; Nascimento, Denise Andrade do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3111593924862886The theory o of restricted relativity, developed by physicist Albert Einstein, considers that time and space are intrinsically related. According to the theory of special relativity, at speeds close to that of light, time and space become relative. The purpose of this work is to use a teaching strategy that facilitates the understanding of these concepts through a didactic sequence using entertainment as a facilitating and meaningful action with the presentation of science fiction films, Interstellar (2014) and Planet of the Apes (1968), acclaimed by film critics, which clearly present the foundations of Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity. The educational product was applied to a 2nd grade high school class at a state public school in the city of Manaus-AM. Having Ausubel's significant learning as its theoretical basis, the film was shown in line with the presentation of Einstein's postulates and some concepts from the Special Theory of Relativity so that the confrontation between common sense and the study of science could take place, so that students could achieve realize the importance of building physical knowledge as a significant part of the learning process. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively and, as an educational product, we present a text to support teachers who wish to use films with an investigative approach to teaching scientific concepts.Item Sobre a luz: discreta ou contínua? Uma atividade de física moderna no ensino médio(2024-08-26) Almeida, Tiago Pereira; Borges, Denilson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7149037835888302; Borges, Denilson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7149037835888302; Moreira, Nilton Luis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5288996471023574; Padilha, Igor Tavares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4605895860650284Modern physics is evident in tv shows, movies, news broadcasts, and various contemporary technologies. Nonetheless, research in physics education suggests that the school curriculum has not adapted to these advancements. Particularly concerning the topic of light, students typically only have contact with geometric optics, without exploring more current aspects of light. Given this scenario, this dissertation aims to evaluate the contributions of using experiments and computer animations to introduce and facilitate the learning of modern physics in high school. To achieve these objectives, a literature review was conducted on the use of experiments and computer animations to introduce concepts of physical optics. Subsequently, a teaching sequence was developed to address light concepts, using computer animations and experiments as didactic resources. Later, this sequence was applied in the classroom, and the contributions of the method used were evaluated, resulting in recommendations. To collect data, questionnaires, conceptual maps, and experimental activity scripts were used. The research adopted a qualitative approach and was based on the principles of meaningful learning for data analysis. This study contributes scientifically by addressing optics beyond the geometric perspective, through experiments and computer animations grounded in learning theories. The application of the teaching sequence resulted in greater motivation among students and good performance in experimental activities and scripts, indicating the construction of knowledge and evidence of meaningful learning by learners.Item Uma proposta de sequência didática para os pontos quânticos no ensino médio(2024-02-26) Silva, Carla Caroline Melgueira da; Oliveira, Rita de Cássia Mota Teixeira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3997091837851642; Oliveira, Rita de Cássia Mota Teixeira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3997091837851642; Abreu, Eduardo de Paula; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0700686863328906; Borges, Denilson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7149037835888302This proposed didactic sequence on Quantum Dots was applied to a 2nd grade high school class, made up of 44 students in the year 2022 and the last part of this didactic sequence was applied to that same class, already in 3rd grade of high school in 2023, in the morning shift, at a Public School in Manaus. This didactic sequence required five (05) classes lasting 50 minutes each, the objective of which was to provide students with an understanding of the topic of quantum dots and their applications in the development of new technologies in various areas. To prepare this didactic sequence, several didactic resources were used to facilitate students' learning throughout classes, such as the use of slides, short videos on the topic covered, the use of scientific articles and materials from technology websites that address this topic, a conversation with students so that they could explain what they learned about quantum dots and their applications in everyday life. The students were divided into several teams, with a maximum of five members, and a digital game called Show do Milhão dos QDs was created for this approach. The framework adopted in this work was David Ausubel's Meaningful Learning Theory (TAS) and the approach used in this didactic sequence was the Science, Society, Technology and Environment (CSTA) approach, with the aim of showing how the use of technology points Quantum technology can help solve problems faced by society. Information on students' knowledge regarding this topic was collected through two questionnaires, an initial questionnaire consisting of four open questions, to determine whether there was any prior knowledge on the part of these students regarding this topic, in addition to a final questionnaire consisting of five open and closed questions, with the aim of verifying whether there was an evolution in the learning process in relation to this topic. In addition to the proposal for the digital game “Show of the million QDs”, to assist in the learning process of the students involved in this approach, an evaluation questionnaire for this digital game was also used, present in the didactic sequence.Item Ensino de física contemporânea: a história da nanotecnologia utilizando o método Peer Instruction(2023-03-03) Medeiros, Erickson Morais de; Adão Neto, Minos Martins; Adão Neto, Minos Martins; Hirsch, Luciana Rocha; Silva Filho, Wnaderley Vitorino daNanotechnology is a branch of inter and multidisciplinary science, therefore it enables various topics to be covered in the classroom. This work aims to explore the History of Nanotechnology, through the use of the Theory of Didactic Transposition, Chevallard, and making use of active methodologies, notably Peer Instruction, and its theoretical contributions such as Vygotsky and Ausubel's Learning Theories. We elaborate a Didactic Sequence based on this methodology, created by Eric Mazur, and evaluated with the Hake Gain methodology, which is a standardized measurement that serves as a basis of comparison between two states or learning times. Due to the problems caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Educational Product created for this dissertation has characteristics of hybrid classes, but was applied online in your totality. With the health problems, the student group had the participation of seven volunteer students from IFAM (Campus Manaus and Campus Itacoatiara), forming a heterogeneous group where many did not know each other. The obtained results in the application of the Educational Product were satisfactory, since the average gain was 0.5 (Hake Normalized Gain), but due to the wrong choice of a question (type of question), which led students into error, this gain would perhaps be better.Item Sequência didática voltada a tópicos de astronomia e astronáutica(2023-01-16) Marques, Railson Caxeixa; Sousa, José Ricardo de; Sousa, José Ricardo de; Pacheco, Vanusa Bezerra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9728640081222445; Silva, Lúcio Fábio Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8596952901602143This work intends to present and propose a Didactic Sequence focused on topics of Astronomy and Astronautics with an emphasis on Newton's laws, as these sciences when applied in Physics classes, they promote the development of activities significant; The development of the educational product was based on the Theory of Teaching and Learning by David Ausubel and the use of methodological resources such as the history of Physics, workshops, use of stellarium and excel which are fundamental to bring students closer to the topic; The SD application targeted a 1st year high school class at a full-time state school in municipality of Coari, state of Amazonas, and its activities were carried out during the period of the Covid 19 Pandemic with face-to-face classes, where teachers and students were already immunized with one dose of the vaccine; For the study of data collected we use the qualitative and quantitative approach with performance analysis by male and female gender and as a result the final questionnaire consisted of that students have assimilated the proposed concepts, for the teacher SD promotes organization of the teaching and learning process.Item Abordagem do efeito fotoelétrico no ensino médio: uma sequência didática como estratégia(2023-08-04) Pinheiro, Ariane Gonçalves; Azevedo , José Roberto Viana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7115884585420145; Azevedo , José Roberto Viana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7115884585420145; Amazonas, Márcio Andrei Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0822367858729601; Borges , Denilson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7149037835888302Faced with so many available technologies, the discovery of the Photoelectric Effect has its importance for a better understanding of the nature of light, its application made possible better living conditions in society. The methodology to be used will be an experience report, that is, a qualitative approach and later theoretically grounded.Item Física moderna para o ensino médio: uma abordagem do efeito fotoelétrico com a metodologia simulada em plataforma digital(2022-02-03) Souza, José Estanislau Sant’Anna de; Oliveira, Rita de Cássia Mota Teixeira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3997091837851642; Oliveira, Rita de Cássia Mota Teixeira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3997091837851642; Ribeiro, Fábio Gomes; Silva, Márcio Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2363782297790054The Respective work has as objective, the adequacy of contents of Modern Physics, particularly the Photoelectric Effect, which is part of the syllabus of the physics discipline of the third year of high school, from a methodological perspective of didactic sequences, using experiments in a virtual way., virtual simulators and construction of solar energy boards, these actions will be complementary to the textbook, considering that this work is used with the dissertation of the National Professional Master in Physics Teaching (MNPEF). It is very likely that we live in an interconnected world, and media and/or applications are commonplace in society. For that, we have to have knowledge of the physical concepts that involve the operation of these technologies, however, they are not always included in the students' language. In our proposal to solve this problem and follow, mainly, the evolution of technology, we consider that Physics Teaching cannot censor topics covered in High School, thus simplifying concepts of Modern and Contemporary Physics. The possibility of using digital platforms, such as online computer simulations, when dealing with content that in Public Schools do not have resources, to build their laboratories, even though they are multidisciplinary. One of the viable alternatives to face these conditions, we set up a didactic sequence focused on the virtual use of the phenomena presented by Modern Physics, as is the case of the Photoelectric Effect. In the evaluation phase, we use a set of questions that take into account the students' prior knowledge of the contents covered and aim to arouse interest in the themes, addressing the importance that practical classes have in the life of high school students, providing opportunities for knowledge of educational mechanisms, objectives and their meanings.Item Explorando a física na música(2022-02-25) Santos, Lelyz; Salmon, Octavio Daniel Rodriguez; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8617565470648034; Salmon, Octavio Daniel Rodriguez; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8617565470648034; Fonseca, Thiago Lobo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5010081570733897; Adão Neto, Minos Martins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6102062332483035The present work proposes a didactic sequence together with a low-cost experiment making an interdisciplinarity with music. The application of the product was in a night class of the 2nd year of EJA (Youth and Adult Education) in the period November 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, after resumption of face-to-face classes authorized by the government of the State of Amazonas, after eighteen months of face-to-face classes suspended. It brings the relationship between music and sounds through intervals, harmony and other musicalities. The work will have Ausubel as one of the pedagogical foundations for meaningful teaching and learning. It will have a good theoretical basis and the mathematical and physical foundations to support the proposals suggested to high school teachers to easily apply to students, as it will not need laboratories, only good will. Finally, the main objective is to somehow contribute to Brazilian society; physics; teacher/educators and the scientific community.
