Item Educação no campo e as políticas públicas educacionais: o problema de uma comunidade ribeirinha no município de Parintins-AM(2019-02-17) Azevedo, Ana Patrícia de Souza; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraThis work is fruit of a teacher's experience in a riverine community in the municipal district of Parintins-AM, and it presents reflections regarding the reality of the same, describing elements observed with cutting for the school education as basic right of the people that they form that community, making reference to the education public politics returned for Education of the Field. The description of the difficulties faced by those collective subjects, and of as their fundamental rights are being presented by the public power, above all, the education rights. The work is consequent of applied research, fruit of the experiments lived in the observation field, mainly, the experiences and information of the process of teaching-learning of the subject of the research. The study grew through the qualitative approach, with base of a research that happened in Our community Mrs. of Nazareth from Paraná of the Lemon of Baixo/Parintins-AM. the procedure of the interview semiestruturada was Used, accomplished with two older residents, three parents of students and the community's coordinator. The research was based in the studies of Goldenberg (2004); Malagodi (1988); Lüdke and André (1986); Brandão (2007); Vasconcelos (2017), among others. As a result of the research, the speeches of the subjects and the accomplished observations appeared for subjects as the absence of the responsible organs in the community that carts consequences as precarious conditions of the school, risky conditions of the school transport, and the organization multisseriada as synonym of no quality in the process of the community's students' teaching-learning.Item Estudo de liderança e cultura organizacional na agência dos Correios de Parintins-AM(2019-02-16) Ferreira, Giglinéia Campos; Seixas, Margareth Cristina Santos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraOrganizational culture refers to the beliefs and values that exist in an organization, where team beliefs and the predicted value of work influence attitudes and behaviors. This scientific article aimed to investigate the organizational culture and leadership profile in the public sector adopted based on the Parintins-AM Post Office. It was a case study of a bibliographical and participant nature. The survey subjects were 08 (eight) agency employees. The results showed that it is important to recognize the link between organizational culture and leadership, because as the superior leadership focuses on the development of the organization, this attention was recognized and the importance of the development activity was understood. The results showed that by utilizing employee development activities appropriately, they become another lever to be used by the transformational leader to overthrow the previous ineffective culture and replace it with a new one that supports and enhances the new organizational vision.Item Gestão pública para educação de qualidade: uma reflexão sobre o planejamento estratégico na Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Parintins(2019-02-17) Carvalho, Yanne Karolle Figueiredo; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraAmid an environment of continuous economic, social and technological transformations, Education has demanded an intelligent and efficient management, in which strategic planning has been presented as a crucial tool in the development of educational public policies and the search for quality in education. In this sense, the objective of this research is to verify how the strategic planning occurs in the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Parintins / AM, since the Secretariat of Education is the organ responsible for dynamizing the public educational policies, since it is from this that the normatives and the administrative and pedagogical procedures to be passed on, observed and applied by school administrators, pedagogical coordinators and teachers in schools. We opted for an exploratory, qualitative approach. A bibliographical survey, interview and analysis of the collected data were used. The results show that despite the intentionality of developing the strategic planning, SEMED / PIN adopts the short-term action plan, in addition, there was fragmentation in participation and difficulty of internal communication.Item A implementação do planejamento estratégico participativo sob a ótica do modelo de gestão gerencial na administração pública: um estudo de caso na Câmara Municipal de Parintins - AM(2019-02-16) Loureiro, Suiane Santarém; Dickel, Deise Graziele; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraThe present study dealt with the implementation of Participative Strategic Planning from the point of view of the managerial management model in the Public Administration, in the City Hall of Parintins - AM. The general objective was to identify the benefits of the use of Participative Strategic Planning as a management model based on the perception of the employees of the City Council of Parintins - AM. The specific objectives were to analyze the benefits of using Participative Strategic Planning as a management model from the perspective of the managerial model in Public Administration at Parintins-AM City Hall; to understand how Participative Strategic Planning brings benefits to the Public Administration and how it can be useful for a good management and to exemplify how the Participatory Strategic Planning model can be implemented from the perspective of the managerial practices of the management model of the Public Administration in the Parintins Municipal Council - AM. As for the approach of the problem was a quantitative and qualitative research; objectives was an exploratory-descriptive research; the means of investigation was a bibliographical and field research. In the results achieved, there was the incidence of a high degree of agreement to implement this tool that brings so many benefits to the private sector and that has gradually been applied to the public sector so that management practices are increasingly developed efficiently and bring not only benefit for the management, but for the citizens / clients that use the services provided by the Public Administration.Item Mudanças e transformações tecnológicas na educação(2019-02-17) Castro, Bárbara da Silva; Dickel, Deise Graziele; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraTechnological changes and transformations have been changing education on a daily basis in order to change the educator's practice, causing impacts on the teaching and learning process, aiming to improve the way of acting with a certain target audience, public being the teachers, who work daily with the technological transformations, allied to education and the digital world. Thus, this study seeks to investigate the influence that these transformations have on the practice of educators. To understand clearly the reasons that lead the educational environment to transform with the use of existing new technologies, it is necessary to investigate from this research work, the reason for these changes. This research sought to analyze the impacts that the changes and transformations cause in the professional practice in the educational scope. In order to do so, based on bibliographical research, we sought to understand some concepts regarding the theme in question, in this text, we discussed the identification of the influence of changes in the educational scope and the comparison of traditional classes with contemporary classes with the use of new technologies. Finally, it was possible to perceive the need to seek more the relationship between knowledge and technology in the teaching and learning process, contextualized between an educational environment in an interactive way through various experiences from existing technologies.Item Políticas públicas eo gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos: o caso da Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, Lei nº 12.305/2010, no município de Parintins-AM(2019-02-17) Silva, Joyce da Rocha Ramos; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraThe Municipality of Parintins, along almost three decades, lives with the problem of the adequate destination of solid urban waste, in view of the guidelines and principles set forth in the National Policy on Solid Waste - PNRS, Law no. 12,305 / 2010, the present research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the solid waste management in the Municipality of Parintins / AM through the practical applicability of the National Solid Waste Policy. It is an exploratory and descriptive study, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. It was used as research techniques, bibliographical, documentary, intensive direct observation and photographic records. It was found that, according to the specifications for the management of municipal solid waste, foreseen in the National Policy on Solid Waste, the municipality of Parintins is far from meeting its obligations.Item As políticas públicas para educação especial na perspectiva inclusiva e sua implementação em uma escola do município de Parintins/AM(2019-02-16) Araújo, Elda Prata dos Santos; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraIn this work will be addressed Public Policies for Special Education Inclusive Perspective and its implementation in a school in the municipality of Parintins / AM, and to reflect on special education in inclusive perspective since, education must be seen as a right of everyone, and people with disabilities have that right which is to benefit from education as well as any other citizen without disabilities. The educational system should guarantee access, permanence and learning for all students, regardless of whether disabled or not, but this requires the implementation of public policies that guarantee investments for special education. In this sense, this research aims to identify and analyze the main public policies for Special Education in a School in the municipality of Parintisns / AM, and so that the disabled student has a quality education is necessary to define and implement public policies that guarantee the conditions necessary to effect an inclusive education system.As part of the methodology, we use research: qualitative, direct observation and interviews with teachers, one (1) Regents Professor of the common room and a teacher responsible for the ESA (Educational Service Specialist).The results show that when the individual is and feels included, are more likely to succeed in life, to feel safer and fact have more opportunities.Item O processo licitatório em situações de emergência ou calamidade pública no município de Parintins-AM(2019-02-16) Pessoa, Azamor Paulo Cardoso; Rosa, Bruna Oliveira; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraTo declare a state of emergency or public calamity has become common today, especially in the transition of governments by the rapid response and the unenforceability of bidding. Therefore, the present study alludes to the bidding process, aiming to build a bidding process management model in emergency situations and public calamity in the educational context, based on the Legal Principles governing the activities of Public Administration in the Municipality of Parintins. Through exploratory research, it has entered into reality and in conditions damaging to education. Thus, to approximate the Management of the legality of the bidding exemption consists in probing the natural phenomena, in selecting the bidding modalities, the values and the types of services, aiming to construct a bid management model based on art. 37 item XXI of the Federal Constitution, in order to avoid bureaucratic complications in case of emergencies and particular interests of political groups.Item Proposição de etapas para o processo de participação na gestão pública em Parintins(2019-02-16) Ferreira, Andreá Silva; Silva, Daniel Nascimento e; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraOrganizations in general have sought to develop and implement new ways of working, especially with regard to the relationships they have with their two different audiences, the internal and the external. In this sense, this study aimed to present a proposal of steps capable of structuring the participatory process in public management to Parintins. To do this, it used the survey method from a qualitative study, operationalized with the use of semi-structured interviews with subjects who had some experience in a participatory process in public management, whose data were organized in synthesizers and interpreted with the aid of the technique of content analysis. The conclusion shows that public management, in order to be effectively participatory, needs to ensure that the population participates in all five stages.Item Proposta de pesquisa de clima organizacional para o IFAM Campus Parintins(2019-02-16) Rodrigues, Raianne de Souza; Seixas, Margareth Cristina Santos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraThis work is characterized as a postgraduate research at the level of specialization in Public Management, developed at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology from Amazonas - IFAM Campus Parintins, which approached the theme organizational climate from the Organizational Psychology with focus in the area of Organizational Behavior. It was carried out between October and December 2018. Its general objective was to describe an Organizational Climate Survey directed at the servers of the IFAM Campus Parintins and, as specific objectives, to analyze the profile of the servers, to investigate internal and external variables that influence public and outline an organizational climate survey. It is a descriptive study that used the deductive method and the Ishikawa diagram as working methodologies. The design of the organizational climate survey was based on a bibliographical survey and a documentary survey about the characteristics of the target audience and the specificities of the institutional environment. As a result, a feasible proposal for Organizational Climate Research focused on improving the work environment in order to make it healthier and more productive. To achieve this goal were designed other three specific goals: describe the politics of alimentation in the school and understand the campaign of school alimentation in the Brazil and Amazonas; Identify the reality of the ways of management of the transport logistic, storage and distribution currently used in the Coordination of school alimentation in Parintins city. Know the currently distribution mechanisms of the school alimentation in Parintins and recognize the importance of use of tools of logistic management in this process. In this study from qualitative nature used the participant observation and unstructured interview. The results presented for identification of activities developed by logistic, your structure and functionality. Before the realization of study cannot claim if the activities developed by sector of logistic offers a good level of service for organization. The results of the case study revealed don’t proper with literature consulted about logistic and physical distribution. In the practice can considerer that activities developed by logistic don’t attend with satisfaction the students assisted by Coordination of Distribution of School Alimentation.
