Item Assessor pedagógico: perspectivas e desafios no assessoramento pedagógico nas escolas indígenas e nos centros municipais de educação escolar indígena de Manaus(2020-05-15) Ribeiro, Giovana de Oliveira; Leal, Davi Avelino; Leal, Davi Avelino; Silva, Josiani Mendes da; Cruz, Jocilene Gomes daThe research addresss the practice of advising teachers of Indigenous School Education in Manaus, which is carried out by pedagogical advisers. Despite the relevant role that these advisors play, their performance is permeated by some gaps, among them the lack of clarity of a professional profile and the lack of training to exercise this function, which leads to high turnover in the occupation of this position. The present study has the general objective of detecting the main challenges and perspectives of pedagogical advisers working in the indigenous municipal education of Manaus. The methodological procedures adopted for this research included bibliographic research on indigenous educational issues combined with semi structured interviews with 7 members (among indigenous advisers and teachers) who directly experience the peculiarities of teaching aimed at the indigenous population. The results point out that among the challenges faced by these professionals, the difficulties of locomotion to acess th advisory places are highlighted, lack of adequate preparation for the exercise of the function and inexistence of program focused on the planning of the advisory activities. The educational product resulting from this master’s research proposes a set of actions that, when put into practice, make work of pedagogical advisors more assertive. The material in anchored in 4 areas of action: Pedagogical; Political-Pedagogical; Production of Didactic Material and Linguistic. The product was presented and validated with its target audience and the expectation is that from the adoption of existing practices in its contente, the advice provided to indigenous teachers will be carried out in a more organized and planner manner, with a focus on improving quality of education offered to the indigenous population of the city of Manaus.Item Combatendo o racismo na escola(2022-02-28) Santos, Pedro José Seixas dos; Leal, Davi AvelinoThe entitled product Combatting the racism in the school is fruit of the dissertation denominated formative “Processes of teachers and the Teaching of History and Afro-Brazilian Culture in the municipality of Parintins-AM”. The education product is treated of a Thematic Notebook, which has for objective to guide pedagogic activities that have for theme the history of the Afro-Brazilian culture. Besides, it contains countless clues of pedagogic strategies so that the teacher works history themes and Afro-Brazilian culture with their students, resulting in an event promoted at the school in honor to black conscience and consequently to face the racism. The product is made necessary through the rising of the literature, as well as the pointed need for the teachers subject of the research, where he/she identified that many have the difficulty of working the theme afro in the school, due to the lack of available materials. The proposal was one in the found ways so that the teacher, mainly of history, have a base of how to organize an event that of some form challenges the present racism in the daily and that it devastates the black population, that besides psychological and physical damages, unhappily black people die in Brazil for count of that racism that is structural. The product is divided in four parts: The fight for the recognition; elaboration and planning of the activities; Culmination; pedagogic clues. We believed that the steps that the teacher will proceed for the culmination of the event, contributed to reach the objective that it is to face the racism in the school.Item A coordenação das ciências humanas como espaço social em construção e a dinâmica da formação continuada no ambiente de trabalho: desafios e possibilidades(2017-12-14) Pereira, Nelma Loureiro; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Vieira, Ana LúciaTo conceive that the continuous formation of teachers can happen in different places, in different ways and that the ideas about the theme can provide an advance or a stagnation in this discussion, contributed to the selection of a qualitative research about the history of the Coordination of Sciences Humanas, in an attempt to investigate the possibility of this social space to be one of those responsible for the continuing education of teachers who work in basic education, with the technical courses of Integrated Higher Education at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas - IFAM, in the Campus Manaus Center. Thus, to reach the general objective, it was necessary to establish some points in the coordination trajectory in relation to teachers, thus defining the specific objectives that not only located the Coordination of Human Sciences (CCH) in the historical context of the IFAM / CMC, but also identified personal and professional experiences that influence the performance of high school teachers. Lastly, the actions of the Coordination of Human Sciences and the commitment of continuing education were evidenced, although in the process of consolidation, in an incipient process that still requires a lot of attention. The research was initiated through bibliographical readings, which provided a basis for the choice of methodology, that is, the approach used to achieve and achieve the goals and issues proposed. To carry out the research, we chose the methodology of the oral history, and the technique of the individual interview with semi-structured script. This decision allowed an articulation between what was being discovered (data collection) and the theories underlying the work. All the research carried out aimed to know the social space of the Human Sciences and its actions destined for the continuous formation of the teachers. In this course were perceived the challenges that should be faced for the accomplishment of a work destined to the continued teacher training. Achieving a change in the teachers' conception of continuing training in the work environment requires a lot of skill and willingness on the part of those involved in this process, since there is no single place for training to take place, nor a single way of continuing training teacher. With this knowledge, it was possible to visualize some possibilities during the investigation, opportunities within the school able to contribute so that the problem began to be solved. The material obtained through the interviews was analyzed based on the technique of interpretation of the data, which made it possible to reduce it through the separation of phrases and sentences, which after the interpretation provided considerations that served as a foundation for the construction of the research result . At the end of the research the need was to: discuss the different ways of providing continuous teacher training; to create a space destined for the continuous formation of teachers, independently of the actions carried out during the school year, to transform the data collected in a proposal that collaborate with the actions and with the change of conception of continuous formationItem É tempo de aru: novos ventos para a educação em saúde bucal nas escolas indígenas – curso de formação continuada(2020-09-28) Leiria, Laís Vilhena; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Weigel, Valéria Augusta Cerqueira de Medeiros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6273580825792084; http://repositorio.ifam.edu.br/jspui/handle/4321/566Developing educational practices in oral health in indigenous schools is still a major challenge for many of the indigenous teachers of basic education, and enabling new perspectives to favor thise practice goes through the training of these professionals. In this new perspective, we present the structure of a continuing education course entitled “It is time for Aru: new winds for Oral Health Education in indigenous schools”, in order to collaborate with the process of continuing education of indigenous teachers in Oral Health Education. The course, symbolically, is an invitation to a trip, in which the trainer/participant will be guided by the paddles of the Aru, and will sail on the waters of the Rio Negro, towards the six stone abodes, which in turn, represent the six formative meetings, with a final workload of 20 hours. Each stone address has an activity guide that details all the activities that must be performed by the trainer/participant. The intention is that this material facilitates indigenous teachers and other professionals interested in promoting the practice of Oral Health Education in the indigenous school context.Item Formação continuada de professores indígenas do alto Rio Negro em educação em saúde bucal(2020-09-28) Leiria, Laís Vilhena; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Weigel, Valéria Augusta Cerqueira de Medeiros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6273580825792084Education in oral health requires an expanded approach to the health-disease-care process and, above all, multidisciplinary strategies, involving various professionals and social institutions, including the school. However, in the case of indigenous peoples, this model of care must go beyond the prevention of oral diseases, and it is also important to develop the subjects' autonomy and reduce risks through health promotion actions. This research aimed to investigate in which aspects a continuing education course in Oral Health Education can collaborate in the process of reflection of the indigenous teacher from Alto Rio Negro regarding his educational practice in oral health at school. The research participants were four indigenous teachers who work in basic education, in a school in the Ilha das Flores community, in the municipality of São Gabriel da Cachoeira, Amazon. It was a qualitative research, using action research (TRIPP, 2005) as a method for the development of continuing education, with a workload of 20 hours, structured in three phases: planning; implementation and evaluation. As data collection techniques, we used the focus group and observation; and as instruments for recording data, we use the session reports, audio and video recordings and productions of the participants (notebook with written records, drawings and teaching materials). The data were organized and interpreted through the Discursive Textual Analysis (MORAES; GALIAZZI, 2011), and pointed out four aspects: 1) the rescue of the discussion about the discontinuity of oral health education actions at school; 2) the teacher's role during the training course; 3) the joint actions of education and health in the village, represented symbolically, by the union of three hills: education, indigenous mythology and health and; 4) the reflection of the educational practice in oral health at school revealed through concepts, procedures and attitudes of teachers during the training. This research resulted in the educational product, “It's time for Aru: new winds for Oral Health Education in indigenous schools”.Item Formação de professores e práticas pedagógicas para o ensino de história em contexto pluriétnico no Alto Rio Negro(Instituto Federal do Amazonas, 2017-06-13) Silva, Letícia Alves da; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Vieira, Ana Lúcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1467122991039987The present dissertation entitled "Teacher training and pedagogical practices for the teaching of History in a multi-ethnic context in the High Rio Negro river region", is a contribution in the discussions about Pedagogical Practices directed to the History teaching focused in the ethnic, linguistic and culturally diversified indigenous populations. We will start from the different historical and pedagogical approaches related to the History teaching, with the purpose of thinking reflexively about the strategy and the meeting of the alterities. Simultaneously, we try to follow the paths of the construction of the idea of multiculturality and interculturality, that grounds the History teaching in the multi-ethnic context. We will try to demonstrate that multiculturalism and interculturality will be connected to the History teaching and overlapped in the pedagogical process, in order to make possible the pluriethnic understanding of the reality in the indigenous and non-indigenous schools. This objectifies the structuring of pedagogical practices in favor of school education that promotes relationship between the different cultures through the articulation of the indigenous and non-indigenous knowledge. Therefore, Amazonic region, strictly the High Rio Negro river region, presents complex relationships of different cultures, thus becoming fertile soil to think about the History teaching, in this intercultural context. We exemplify this quest Introducing the problem of absence of teacher training, to develop learning methods that unites the indigenous knowledge to the History contents, and that works this. The theme is contextualized with the ethnic, linguistic and sociocultural diversity of the indigenous students that annually join the Municipal, State and Federal education establishments of São Gabriel da Cachoeira City. We seek to reach the main objective developing a teacher‘s workshop which was attended by 33 indigenous teachers who work in Federal, State and Municipal basic education at the High Rio Negro river region. The workshop must develop new pedagogical practices inside a multi-ethnic context in the High Rio Negro river region. To the development of this workshop we chose the active-research method, because it possibilities the intervention in the History teaching praxis and its improvement. Involvement of researchers and respondents was essential for evaluate the problem in vogue, making it dialog with the reality and its interpretation. Thus, the effectuation of the workshop of the pedagogical practices for History teaching in a multi-ethnic context, allowed the articulation of the ethnic knowledge with the contents of the History curriculum of basic education, thus contributing to the improvement of the understanding, interpretation and contextualization of the environment of the indigenous student.Item A formação de professores para o ensino profissional e tecnológico mediado pela metodologia por competências a partir dos anos 70(Instituto Federal do Amazonas, 2015-12-18) Andrade, Maria do Carmo Ferreira de; Souza, Ana Cláudia Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7472602272780097; Souza, Ana Cláudia Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7472602272780097; Aguiar, José Vicente de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9130080603912569; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617This dissertation studies Teachers Training on Professional and Technological Education mediated by the Abilities Methodology in Brazil, starting in the 70’s. We will research Teachers Training on this area with its regulations and benchmarks in Brazil’s legislation, analyzing relevant bibliography to its implementation. In order to find traces of the theme we covered its history and the starting point of Professional Education which was the creation of the “Escola de Aprendizes Artíficies” by the Federal Government that established free professional education in all the capitals of the Brazilian states. The organic laws that created the “S” system with the law 4.048 from January 22nd, 1942. The reform of elementary and middle schools with the law 5.692 from August 11th, 1971 and the professional and technical education. The creation of the Federal Network of Professional Education, Science and Technology that creates the Institutes of Education, Science and Technology with the law 11.892 from December 29th, 2008. We focused on looking deep into the origin and defenitions the term “skills” and the teaching trough skills in the industrial era in Brazil and other countries since the 90’s. To clarify the implementation and functionality we searched for experiences in SENAIs schools in the state of Santa Catarina and its usage in a school in the regional department of the state of Amazonas in Manaus. These experiences proved the effectiveness and quality of learning when the teaching of “learning doing it” is an expression of the same branch, theory and practice speak the same language in the mobilization of knowledge. We point out that to establish the Abilities Methodology by the teacher, students and schools its necessary its appropriation intrinsically and extrinsically given the conditions to knowledge and development of the scientific spirit of the proposal. It’s the schools commitment to involve itself in the search for knowledge providing above all to the teachers technical, scientific and pedagogical training. As a result of this research we developed and implemented a Learning Situation script of conflict management in classrooms for teachers training mediated by the Abilities Methodology.Item A formação docente e as novas tecnologias no ensino do movimento uniforme variado: uma sequência didática com o software geogebra(Instituto Federal do Amazonas, 2018-05-03) Silva, Jando Abraão de Miranda; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Guerreiro, Haroldo de Almeida; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1014103626919593; Cabral Neto, João dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9340150562756599; Azevedo, José Roberto Viana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7115884585420145The study discusses "The Teacher Training and New Technologies in the Uniformly varied movement Education: a didactic sequence with GeoGebra software". The objectives were to integrate the importance of teacher training and new educational technologies software to high school; present theoretical and practical knowledge of Evenly Miscellaneous Movement (MUV) in its working relations with educational software GeoGebra; articulate the methodological procedures used during teacher training and finally show the applicability of GeoGebra on the activities carried out with teachers of natural sciences, particularly physics. This product aims to establish an itinerary of activities aimed at pedagogical advisors working in Manaus Indigenous School Education. It is worth noting that the majority of these professionals working in the municipal education network do not have the necessary training to work in this role. When observing this situation, the author of the product, who has a long history of acting and experiencing indigenous issues focused on education, chose to gather in a single material a list of actions that, when put into practice, make the work of pedagogical advisors more assertive. This guide initially covers the following topics: a) Advisory objectives; b) Hours and pedagogical assistance program; c) Strategies for Advice, and d) Moments of exchange of experience and evaluation. This proposal also focuses on the following divided monthly activities, in guidance and monitoring: Pedagogical Axis; Pedagogical Political Axis; Axis Production of Teaching Material; and Linguistic Axis; Planning; Evaluation. We believe that the execution of these steps, added to the evaluation of all the work, carried out, will make the work routine of the pedagogical advisers, active in indigenous school education, be carried out in a more organized and planned manner. This results in better quality support for teachers of indigenous school education linked to the Management of Indigenous School Education of Manaus - GEEI.Item Imigrantes na escola pública de Manaus: reflexões e desafios na perspectiva da formação docente(2023-12-22) Figueiredo, Rayka Justiniano de; Pacheco, Maria Lúcia Tinoco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8566103887875970; Pacheco, Maria Lúcia Tinoco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8566103887875970; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Oliveira, Joelma Fernandes deThis dissertation deals with the challenges for the training of basic education teachers, in particular teachers of the early years, in dialogue with the perspective of intercultural education, which is the result of research carried out as part of the Professional Master's Degree in Technological Education, of the Graduate Program in Technological Education (PPGET), of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas Campus Manaus Centro (CMC). Thus, research in the field of education and from an intercultural perspective is fundamental as it promotes discussions on the inclusion of the different socio-cultural groups present in the school environment. In this way, the dialogue regarding the construction of the identity of invisible subjects, such as immigrants, for example, needs to be carried out by the various school actors, particularly teachers, whether in initial or continuing education. This study, in the light of intercultural education, which brings up the issue of diversity, cultural plurality and inclusion, had the general objective of analyzing the challenges faced by teachers in the face of the inclusive process of immigrant students in public schools in Manaus and their training demands. Thus, this research had three developments outlined in its specific objectives: to contextualize the issue of diversity and intercultural education in the context of teacher training with regard to the migratory process; to investigate, with regard to the context of immigration, what the discourse of diversity and school inclusion consists of from the perspective of Manauara school teachers; to develop a proposal for continuing training for basic education teachers with pedagogical practices with immigrant students. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted a qualitative approach and its research methodology was Textual Discourse Analysis (TDA). In the process of analyzing the data, the analytical axis that contextualized the research scenario emerged: Challenges and reflections in the training of primary school teachers who work in intercultural contexts. From the analysis of the results, dimensions emerged that pointed to the challenges and reflections, limits and possibilities of moving towards the realization of an education that values and understands the plurality of identities, especially difference. Taking into account the theoretical basis of this research, the investigative path and its analysis, a continuing education course was developed, entitled "Pathways to Intercultural Education", in digital e-book format, which is structured around a review of the literature, the right to school education for immigrants and/or refugees and central concepts such as: intercultural education; diversity; inclusion; teacher training; pedagogical practices in intercultural contexts. The educational product was evaluated by an ad hoc committee of teachers working in basic education. Within this context, we understand that initial and continuing teacher training based on the principles of intercultural education is fundamental so that teachers can implement an education that fosters dialogue between different cultural groups, helping to minimize the processes of exclusion and prejudice still present in the school context.Item Oficina de práticas pedagógicas para o ensino de história em contexto pluriétnico(2017-06-13) Silva, Letícia Alves da; Normando, Tarcísio Serpa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7698576507317746; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3056605003492861; Vieira, Ana Lúcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1467122991039987A construction of pedagogical practices for the teaching of History within a teacher training workshop sought to share and build strategies to develop contents of the History subject articulated to elements of the indigenous culture of the Upper Rio Negro. In this sense, it was worked for the development of the contents through generator themes and pedagogy of projects, highlighting other teaching strategies to be developed with students: drama classes, maps and songs. A teacher training workshop under the guidance of action research emphasized theorists who deal with pedagogical practices for the teaching of History within the context of indigenous education. As a written document we developed albums with the result of the work with the content "Historical Sources", generator theme "Plants" and pedagogy of projects about "The emergence of the world and life" by the indigenous and non-indigenous view. Thus, the texts were written in the Baniwa, Tukano, Yanomami and Nheengatú languages, and they were translated into Portuguese. These productions were elaborated by teachers who participated in the training workshop, given the need of pedagogical material for teaching History with texts and illustrations. Finally, this set of efforts will serve to contextualize the teaching practice and contents of the History subject to the ethnic, linguistic and cultural diversity of the indigenous matrix that is present in the classrooms of the educational institutions of the Upper Rio Negro.Item Pedagogia da alternância e a atuação docente: uma experiência com o Proeja indígena no IFAM Campus Maués (2018-2023)(2023-10-20) Vieira, Silvia Carvalho; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Silva, Josiani Mendes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3756747020230613; Melo, André de OliveiraThe present study aims to analyze the formative dimension of teachers through the experienced gained at the Federal Institute of Amazonas, Maués campus, and its contributions to the development of specific education in indigenous land in the municipality of Maués, located in the state of Amazonas. The study seeks to investigate how this involvement contributes to teacher development and differentiated education in the indigenous community. The research was conducted in a specific context, in which participating teachers were directly engaged with the indigenous community located on Michiles Island, in the lower Amazon region, as part of an educational organization proposal developed for this space, based on the Pedagogy of Alternation. This teaching approach was implemented with the Sateré-Mawé indigenous people, between the years 2018 and 2023, in the context of the technical course in agroecology aimed at youth and adults. Regarding the methodology, we adopted a qualitative approach for the research, as this strategy is not translated into numbers. We sought to verify the relationship between reality and the object of study, obtaining interpretations through discursive textual analysis to deepen the understanding of a specific social group – in this case, teachers from IFAM Maués who were involved in Indigenous EJA/PROEJA. We conducted observations, field visits, questionnaire administration, semi-structured interviews with teachers, and analysis of institutional documents. The research was developed in close collaboration with teachers and the local indigenous community, ensuring active participation of those involved. The study highlights the importance of teacher training and adaptation of pedagogical methodology to the particularities of the indigenous context. Additionally, we describe the creation of an Educational Product, a Guide that presents principles and guidelines for technological education in the Pedagogy of Alternation within the context of Indigenous PROEJA, using this experience as inspiration. The aim is to assist other teachers seeking to understand and engage in this educational context. For the development of this material, we employed the following methodology: the research conducted is of a qualitative nature and was organized through the following stages: Field observation and investigation, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation was based on the layers mentioned by Mendonça et al. (2022). In this regard, we aimed to verify whether the educational product encompasses the four mentioned layers: conceptual, didactic-pedagogical, communicational, aesthetic, and functional. According to the author, these layers should be present in an educational product and were evaluated using a Likert scale assessment form. The evaluation was carried out by a committee of experts composed of professors from the Federal Institute of Amazonas.t.Item Pedagogia da alternância no Proeja indígena: princípios e orientações para o ensino tecnológico(2023-10-20) Vieira, Silvia Carvalho; Leal, Davi AvelinoThis educational product aims to primarily contribute throughout the stages and processes of teaching and learning, focusing on the approach of professional and technological education for young and adult indigenous students in the EJA/PROEJA mode. The locus of the research was the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Amazon - Manaus Campus Center, and had as subjects the students of Degree courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics of the institution. In view of the active participation of individuals, elected as a theoretical and methodological support action research, a process made possible the development of the discipline "Professional Education High School Technical", to degree courses. For us to reach this product initially seek to know the knowledge that proved necessary for teacher education to EPTNM along the historical trajectory of this education, with the epistemological positioning the design of Knowledge Teachers proposed by Tardif (2014), the same time contextualize this discussion establishing dialogues with Manfredi (2002), Kuenzer (2007), among others. Later in the meeting with the students, proceeded to listen to the experiences of the students of degrees in the EPTNM classrooms, and this took place in two main phases: 1) at the stage of diagnosis, with activities developed in Stage Seminar discipline and the meetings of the Fellowship Program Introduction to Teaching; 2) the development and implementation of a Short Course. The survey data, interpreted based on the Text Analysis and Discourse evidenced Knowledge Teachers for EPTNM: knowledge about this type of education and its characteristics; understanding of the integral formation of EPTNM of students in the social context in which they live; the construction of disciplinary joints within the curriculum, based on the work, science and technology. Resulting from the analysis of this knowledge, we understand that training activities should contemplate the epistemological, ontological and methodological aspects. The survey also shows as a result, the urgent need for discussions on the training processes for EPTNM the Federal Institutes such as identity element of their degree courses.Item Semana pedagógica: proposta de formação no espaço da escola(2017-12-14) Pereira, Nelma Loureiro; Leal, Davi Avelino; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Leal, Davi Avelino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6645382114509617; Azevedo, Rosa Oliveira Marins; Vieira, Ana LúciaThe Professional Master's program enables the end of the course to create a product that is the result of the research performed. Thus, it is emphasized that after the investigation the researcher takes among his belongings a little more knowledge and a little of the universe that he was studying, leaving also a little of himself for this environment. In this way, the present product entitled: "Pedagogical Week - proposal of formation in the space of the school" is the result of the investigation carried out in the environment of the coordination of the area of the human sciences, in the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Amazon in the period between 2016 and 2017. The purpose of the research was to investigate if the actions of this coordination were able to promote the continuous formation of teachers in the work environment. Thus, the answers from the interviews identified several difficulties faced by teachers, including the question of time and space for teachers' meetings. The complexity of teaching hours, which makes it difficult to coordinate meetings and make it more difficult to hold training meetings training, was a decisive factor for the creation and creation of a proposal aimed at the pedagogical week. The idea is to break with the traditional week for the reception of teachers and the opening of the school year, creating conditions for teachers to act this week as subjects of history. The proposal foresees the participation of the professors by area of knowledge, but also by interest, since some teachers expressed the desire to carry out an interdisciplinary activity with colleagues from other areas of knowledge. Based on these premises, the proposal was prepared for teachers of the integrated high school, but it is not a closed proposal in the sense that it can not be used in other levels of education. The proposal is broad as it may involve the whole faculty of the school, but may also be restricted to a specific area. The product presented is a suggestion, it is open to analysis and a possible application, even if it is by way of experimentation by those who usually believe in the human being and align dreams with a life project.
