The experimentation in the process of teaching-learning comes often used to show one science and/or chemistry less absent for who is learning, the practice classes works as visualization method and testify the theory and concepts as support for cheer up and excite the students turning something such attractive and which make more students cleaver in to the process of investigation. Heading this goal research, we aim for the main difficulties faced for the teacher in the execute process practice in their classroom, and also na outlook of students about the practice class of chemistry instruction. This research has explorer feature with emphasis on qualitative analysis. It was used as the methodology a quis for the students of a public high-school in Manaus, where was asked about their ideas about experimental class and leaving their opinion for those classes. Many schools presente a lack of solid place and materials for the experiments practice, by the way many teachers talk about the lack of time for for this kind of exercise and the crowded classroom. However, we can determine that for a good mode to get concentrate students to have a teaching process is because of effectiveness of experiments which can bring more easily to the classroom and reply at home, mainly in the application of experiments with low cost materialsItem Estratégia didática para alunos surdos: estudo dos modelos atômicos no ensino de ciências(2021-04-08) Lopes, Juliana da Costa; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0914810895785401; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0914810895785401; Santos, Ana Lúcia Mendes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4731643147452069; Ferreira, Danielle Cristina Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3971794341049346In relation to the current education system, the difficulty in finding alternative chemistry/ science teaching methods for deaf / hearing impaired students has motivated the development of actions aimed at teaching the basic contents of the discipline. Due to these facts, many educators have been thinking about new methodologies in order to help deaf / hearing impaired students. In this sense, we will present the concept of didactic sequence involving atomic models, content present in the curriculum of the ninth year of elementary school. Using data collection tools as a questionnaire, the research in question is essentially qualitative and quantitative. Some teaching resources were used, such as a playful game called “Atomic Trail” and a practice involving low-cost materials (clay modeling clay). This method was developed aiming at the difficulties that deaf / hearing impaired students have in the first years of high school. It is in the context of chemistry that these difficulties intensify, and the deaf student's learning takes longer, as he ends up not receiving the same amount of incentives as a hearing student. Based on the positive results regarding the use of experimental strategies and didactic games, deaf students correctly understood scientific concepts. Therefore, it has become a good choice to minimize difficulties encountered in the process of teaching and learning about the content of atomic models.Item Experiência e saberes ao longo de atividades de química em uma escola estadual(2021-08-13) Souza, Luiz Marcelo Mendes de; Paes, Lucilene da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0653747630550456; Paes, Lucilene da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0653747630550456; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0914810895785401; Záu, Maristela Lima de Farias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4535857868001781This research presents an account of experience and knowledge along activities developed through the Pedagogical Residency Program, at the Dorval Porto State School, in the city of Manaus, with third-year high school students. The Program contributes to undergraduate students in the training of teachers at the Institute of Higher Education (IES), through participation in it, participant observation and class conducting activities were developed, with the application of experimental activities in the discipline of chemistry of organic functions content . This report is classified with a qualitative approach, in which it presents the main information acquired and observed during the performance in the Program, as well as the experimental activities carried out with the students. From the analyses, the relevance of experimental activities in the discipline of chemistry to promote the teaching-learning of high school students is highlighted, as well as the promotion of the culture of entrepreneurship.Item Fermentação alcoólica e fermentação lática: estratégia para ensinar alunos surdos/deficientes auditivos com alimentos do cotidiano(2019-11-29) Spíndola, Jesiane Andrade; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1702387634067240; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1702387634067240; Angeloto, Oraldo Eliseu; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3897124415873925; Ferreira, Danielle Cristina Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3971794341049346The difficulty of finding methodological alternatives for the teaching of Chemistry / Science to deaf / hearing impaired students, linked to the current education systems, motivated the elaboration of actions aimed at teaching the basic contents of the subjects. That is, in the inclusive school field, they end up causing demotivation for both students and educators. This fact leads many researchers to think of new possibilities for teaching deaf students. In this perspective, we will present an experience with the approach of the concept of fermentation, content of the curriculum of the second year of high school. In this sense, to investigate possible pedagogical practices developed in the teaching and learning process of deaf / hearing impaired students with emphasis on the study of alcoholic fermentation and lactic fermentation at the Federal Institute of Amazonas. The guiding research was qualitative and quantitative, having the questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Natural didactic resources (lactobacillus bacteria) were collected; experiments with low-cost materials (present in food) in order to develop teaching materials for use in the laboratory or classroom. Next, we relate with practical activities, the knowledge about fermentative processes with the essential concepts of Chemistry / Sciences, addressed in high school. To evaluate the learning process, the didactic game “sky of the chemist” was applied. Based on the positive results, the experimentation strategies and the didactic game, the students understood the scientific concepts correctly. Therefore, a great alternative to overcome some problems in the process of teaching and learning about fermentation contents.Item Recursos didático-pedagógicos utilizados nas aulas de química do ensino médio em escolas públicas de Manaus(2019-12-04) Oliveira, Ingrid Simone Melo de; Coelho, Iandra Maria Weirich da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4062149157525849; Coelho, Iandra Maria Weirich da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4062149157525849; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0914810895785401; Anic, Cinara Calvi; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1702387634067240This research has as a goal verify the more used didactic-pedagogics resources in State schools of Manaus-Am. This is an exploratory research with a quantitative approach. The data collecting tool was a quiz, focusing following analytical factors: resources that help students learn in the discipline of Chemistry; how often these resources are used and which of them are able to be used on chemistry teaching focused on students with special needs, looking for inclusion. The procedures were aplied in eight (8) different schools in Manaus. The sample analyzed contains the data of four hundred thirteen (413) students in high school and eight (8) educators/principals of those educational institutions. The results shows that the most three frequent used resources in class are the board, the didatic book or/and paradidatic books and the data show, the most three frequent used resources that aid the learning are the board, the chemistry lab and the classroom experiments, the resources for students with disabilities that most schools have are the newspapers and/or magazines and the data show. From the analyzed results is possible to notice that there is no a variation of the resources used in this topic besides limited resources for students with disabilities.Item O uso de recursos tecnológicos para auxiliar na produção de materiais didáticos para o ensino-aprendizagem de química(2017-06-28) Oliveira, Daniele Menezes de; Coelho, Iandra Maria Weirich da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4062149157525849; Coelho, Iandra Maria Weirich da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4062149157525849; Alves, Edilson Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0914810895785401; Ferreira, Danielle Cristina Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3971794341049346The growing lack of interest in chemistry subjective must be a motivational factor for the teacher to seek alternative methods to become teaching more interesting. The goal of this research was to encourage the production of didactic material applied to teaching chemistry using the methodology of corpus linguistics, which consisted in collecting and stocking up Chemistry contents from the 1stterm of high school, from the internet in a specific software used as computational tools where the research and the development of new methods were facilitated. As an example of this resource material produced and supported from the software is was done and applied a game about periodic table. The questionary applied at the end of the activity allowed for an evaluation about the importance in produce didactic resources by teacher, as well as, the importance and benefits from using games as teaching resource. Among the results it was observed the students understood appropriately the contents, prompted to work in groups, motivated to health competition for the purpose of win, in addition to create a diversity didactic materials by teachers, toward teaching chemistry.
