Gestão de resíduos orgânicos gerados no restaurante do IFAM-CMDI e a distribuição de alimentos pela assistência estudantil - IFAM-CMDI

The generation of organic waste in Brazil, has alarming data, there is a culture of waste in the country, this fact was verified in an educational institution in the provision of daily meals to students who participate in a PNAES. However, not all students who submit to the edict are considered due to insufficient resources. Faced with this was thought how to reduce the waste of food, as well as the disposal of organic waste, reverting them in more benefits. In this way interviews and weighing and in loco observation of the wasted foods and the causes of this done, as well as possible solutions were made. Therefore, the objective of the research, from the standpoint of environmental management and reverse logistics, was to elaborate a data collection about the distribution of food and evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain management and its characteristics. To point out how logistics works in this food supply process at IFAM - CMDI. Thus, during the month of analysis, the average number of dishes served to the 220 students was approximately 800 grams of food per dish, thus calculating the total wasted in the month, which was 124 kg of waste ingestion and 254 kg of bark of the preparation, it can be said that approximately 472 food dishes could have been provided the most in the month, benefiting more students with the social benefit related to food. If the knowledge of management and reverse logistics is implemented to make food distribution more effective, with fewer losses and to analyze ways of transforming losses into gains, within an educational process, it will be possible to contribute to a better service of the PNAES.
O marketing de relacionamento na logística de distribuição do comércio eletrônico de Manaus

This article aims to present data related to the bibliographical research concerning the importance of relationship marketing of companies through actions linked to logistic actions in electronic commerce. We specifically address the situation in the city of Manaus, in the scope of the transformation of virtual space into physical space, emphasizing the distribution of both information and products in virtual commerce.

According to Fey and Gauer (2014), structured cabling arose due to the need to organize the installations of computer networks at the end of the 1980s. Over the years telecommunications systems has been consolidating as an important business component since, to have competitiveness and productivity, and a reliable structure with minimum possible failures is required. This work is about a case study in a structured cabling system already installed and in operation, of a small building located in the Campus Manaus Industrial District (CMDI) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM). The study was based on the ABNT NBR 14565: 2013 standard, in order to analyze if the system approached followed the guidelines contained in the standard. In order to reach this objective, the following methodology was used: bibliographic review of technical norms and related bibliographies, field research to collect information, and finally to evaluate if the information obtained meets what is determined in the standard. In this context, after the on-site survey and with the information obtained, a diagram was developed with all the hardware located in the Equipment Room; were identified, quantified and mapped in plants low Telecommunication Outlets (TO), as well as verified the operation of each. With this it was possible to conclude that there are some aspects in the structured cabling system that do not conform to the norm in question.
Princípios logísticos de distribuição física de artefatos tecnológicos como melhoria contínua no ambiente escolar: um estudo no IFAM-CMDI

Our research started from a domestic demand, we identified along the graduation in logistics, a bottleneck in the transit and transportation of artifacts technology, projectors and digital whiteboards, negatively and continuously affecting the course load and the clear reality of the facts, the entire educational process. Therefore, we consider the relationship between logistics and technologies to support education and the processes of transportation, movement and storage of these artifacts. Understanding that the convergences of technology are fundamental in this path, but we cannot move away from the fundamental concepts of logistics as science innovative and constantly modernizing processes. The research method exploratory descriptive bibliography and field observation, allowed the research should start from the empirical perspective and rely on science to affirm the improvements in the measured logistic process. This time we consider as effects of all our observation, the impacts over time, which is reflected in cargo damage hourly, in teaching work, as it adds movement and thus increases possible professional fatigue, as well as support issues administrative, considering staff limitations.
Proposta de implementação de melhorias na gestão de estoque em uma distribuidora de gêneros alimentícios em Manaus

The present study aimed to propose improvements in inventory management to achieve positive results for the company in question. The specific objectives show the importance of inventory management, analysis of the logistics area and the definition of the tools that will be used to improve the inventory management process. The Brainstorming and Ishikawa Diagram tools were applied to perform the diagnosis and in the action plan the 5W2H tool and the Two Drawer System. According to the results obtained, stock problems, difficulties due to the layout, absence of a trained team responsible for the logistics area and the lack of investment in information technology are scored. The conclusion shows that inventory management is essential for the company's good functioning and business sustainability.
Processo de controle e armazenagem dos fármacos em um órgão público de distribuição de medicamentos em Manaus -AM

In order to maintain the optimal standard of medicines, it is well known that an appropriate condition of storage, distribution and transport is of paramount importance. This research aims to analyze the drug storage processes in the Manaus-Am drug center and identify the main structure of the service, thus highlighting the stages of medicine distributor pharmaceutical assistance cycle which includes receiving, storing, distributing and dispensing the products. medicines. This is exploratory research, it is a case study as it analyzes the aspects of the storage and distribution processes at the drug distribution center. Data collection took place through bibliographic research and interview with open questions, observation and an inspection script which will address the issues related to the acquisition, storage and distribution of medicines. The results were analyzed in two steps: storage and distribution. The results show that although internal storage processes are well managed, it needs to expedite the dispensing of medicines. To make the delivery of drugs feasible, a decentralization process in the distribution of medicines would minimize the delay in care, since patients would be treated in various parts of the state.

The results show that integrating logistics has as one of its main objectives to minimize costs and allow all demand provided by the market to be met. An efficient logistics process has the power to offer the customer a level of service excellence by meeting the delivery deadline set by the company upon purchase. The current context shows us that with each passing day, customers are more often seeking a level of service excellence. This makes companies increasingly committed to not only reducing their costs, but also pleasing their customers in equal proportions. It follows that in a very competitive market, logistics expenses can offer an important competitive advantage for companies that are developing an effective system. Competitive advantage comes from services tailored to the company's special product requirements, making costs more efficient for each logistics element, acting responsibly, providing reliable service, good information, flexibility, good use of capacity, efficient inventory and loss prevention.
Analysis of the challenges of a private cardboard recycling company to fulfill its mission in the city of Manaus, Amazonas

O comércio de materiais de origem celulósica, como papel, papelão e outros, tem apresentado crescimento significativo em muitos países, principalmente por serem utilizados como revestimentos de embalagens e outras formas de reaproveitamento, fundamentos da logística reversa. Neste sentido, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar os desafios que uma empresa privada de reciclagem de papelão enfrenta para cumprir a sua missão organizacional na cidade de Manaus, capital do estado do Amazonas. Para isso, seguiu as etapas previstas no método científico-tecnológico. Os dados foram coletados através de um roteiro de entrevistas e um protocolo de observação, organizados e analisados com o auxílio de técnicas de análise semântica, identificando-se termos centrais das respostas coletadas por entrevistas e comparadas com os dados observados; os resultados foram gerados com técnicas de triangulação das respostas obtidas com os dois instrumentos e interpretados de forma comparativa com o quadro teórico de referência. Os resultados mostraram que a) a empresa contribui para com a preservação ambiental através da destinação correta de materiais e limpeza dos locais públicos, b) essas contribuições são feitas através de obediência aos procedimentos legais, c) seus desafios são ter acesso a todos os clientes industriais e residenciais e conscientizar a população sobre a importância da preservação ambiental; d) população e governos são os agentes que podem ajudar a superar esses desafios através de e) conscientização da importância da sustentabilidade (população) capacitar e fazer a população colocar em prática a sustentabilidade (governo). A conclusão mostra que, ainda que lentamente, há tendência de aumento dessa conscientização desejada.

The work presented is about the disposal of cell phone batteries in shopping centers in the South center of Manaus, gathering data from research carried out through questionnaries to employees.. Information was obtained regarding the percentage of stores that have control over disposal, whether they have the disposal option and which reverse logistics practices exist.Finally obtained the data graphs were used to demonstrate the results and some personal opinions were added.Finally obtained the data graphs were used to demonstrate the results and some personal opinions were added. It was found that only in one of the stores interviewed has the disposal control for the batteries, so from the point of view, it is believed that this makes it difficult for the consumer to have a correct direction on how to it when the product in questions in no longer useful, that stores know that is necessary to collect batteries but here is still this problem about the lack of disposal control.
Proposta de melhoria na estratégia logística das empresas de telecomunicações no Brasil

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is one of the most important subareas of Logistics in Administration. Supply chain management spans from the raw material stage to post-sales, highlighting the importance of planning and controlling the entire supply chain, for the best flow of information and materials. The current study aims to analyze the competitive advantages of implementing the strategy in the logistics of telecommunications companies in the market. A significant evolution can be seen in the Brazilian telecommunications services market through structural changes and the development of new technologies. The need for organizations' processes to get closer and closer to customers is a reality that affects the quality of their products and services, directly influencing the performance of the companies' logistics chain. The work was developed through bibliographic research, being carried out in books, magazines, internet, among others, in order to present possible competitive improvements of logistics strategies in telecommunications companies.
Logística reversa de pós-consumo: um estudo de caso sobre o descarte de baterias de celulares em lojas de eletroeletrônico do Amazonas Shopping

It is known that in the city of Manaus there is an appropriate disposal for batteries, batteries and fluorescent lamps, and the city does not have efficient plans for it. The present study aims to present how the discarded batteries are made in Amazonas Shopping stores and to demonstrate an analysis of the results. It is a qualitative-quantitative study, the quantitative one with the objective of presenting data, 9 indicators and trends and the qualitative analyze and identify data that can not be measured numerically. The hypothesis was tested: the research shops had correct discard of batteries and how these discards are made, for that were analyzed 4 stores of the electronics and comparative branch. Data were collected through a questionnaire containing questions related to the quantity of cell phones sold per month, battery collection and reverse logistics. The results found in the present study indicate that the lack of information and investment by stores in training their employees in relation to reverse logistics prevents them from passing on the necessary information to an appropriate disposal. The conclusion shows that the stores of Amazonas Shopping, of the 4 where the questionnaire was applied, 3have a disposal of cell phone batteries, but not as the law 12.305 / 10 establishes how it should be done.

This study aimed to understand the impact of the covid 19 pandemic on electronic commerce (e-commerce) sales, as well as to identify and describe the main aspects and changes in e-commerce during the period established in the research (2017 to 2022), which corresponds to before, during and after the pandemic. For this purpose, bibliographical and experimental research was used for data collection, through the content raised in the theoretical framework to expose oneself about the role, challenges and trends for the modality. Based on data analysis, a comparison of e-commerce revenues can be made in each scenario, and obstacles and opportunities can be listed. With the pandemic, they experienced new situations and problems, which required a logistical strategy from merchants who had ambitions to grow, reinvent or simply avoid losses and bankruptcy. Finally, through the study carried out and applied, it was possible to understand how the covid 19 pandemic influenced the growth of e-commerce.
Os desafios dos terceirizados de transportes de cargas na cidade de Manaus

In the logistics of distribution of goods, it is common to outsource some processes of this chain of companies. The present research aims to analyze the challenges of the outsourced transport of Manaus for the distribution of goods of goods and inputs of the companies of Manaus (PIN). For the study, the freight costs of a service company were obtained based on the asset-based cost method and distributed in the various cost drivers that a third party has. The methodology used is explanatory research regarding its objective, a case study regarding the procedures and the approach to the problem. the collection of data of direct labor and costs involved in the acquisition and maintenance of the company of the vehicle used, through the maintenance of the company, and its own, added to the cost of compensation of the capital, the cost of the kilometer traveled of the own fleet. Based on this calculation, the outsourcing point of viability of outsourcing of goods and the challenges in the transport sector for Manaus are based. Based on the value of the price paid to the largest outsourced workers, it was concluded that their challenge to maintain this activity for any and all distribution routes in the Industrial District of Manaus, costs.

This study was based on the import processes of the Manaus Airport Cargo Terminal - TECA, which has been essential not only for the support of the air modal, but for the entire national and international economic scenario with active participation in the development of world heritage supplying the industrial hub of Manaus. TECA deals with import, export, national cargo and internment of cargo. Moving considerable revenues with high value-added services and cargo. It safely receives and handles the most varied types of cargo and products, has handling equipment suitable for any demand and has a computerized storage management system that meets its internal activities with its extremely complex and well-structured logistics. This research aims to detail the processes of receipt, handling, storage and release of cargo in the Import Sector of TECA Manaus, describing the activities of the logistics flow and mentioning the processes governed by customs laws. The study was based on exploratory and descriptive research. In this way, the case study was used to bring the results closer to reality. As for the results, the study can help in the understanding and importance of the TECA Manaus airport logistics chain, allowing to propose alternatives to improve its performance, in view of the scarcity of data on the sector, helping in the identification and analysis of any bottleneck or improvement in the processes and procedures for the elaboration of future academic studies.

Inventories are of paramount importance for the retail trade since it is in them where the products are to meet the demand of its customers. In this way, inventories directly affect business goals. In order for inventory management to be effective, it is necessary to have good planning and control of product supplies from inventories. Since in inventories, as they present active assets of the companies, they need procedural policies to carry out actions that occur in them. Thus, the objective of this study is to understand how the planning and control of stock supply is carried out in a company that sells technology-oriented goods and services. The study will consider not only theoretical concepts based on studies by other authors on what planning and control means, but also concepts of analysis of stock supplies that must be considered for decision making. Prior knowledge of these concepts, therefore, helped to understand the actions taken by the supply logistics managers of the company studied regarding the supply of stocks from the organization's branches that are located throughout Manaus.
Difficulties in performing selective waste collection in the city of Manaus, Brazil

Estudos científicos cada vez mais têm mostrado que o que se chama lixo na verdade são recursos desperdiçados, tanto sólidos quanto de outras naturezas. Grande parte desses resíduos são gerados no interior dos domicílios urbanos e rurais, o que força os cidadãos a repensarem seu comprometimento com o reaproveitamento do que muitos ainda consideram como lixo. Este estudo teve como objetivo explicar quais são as principais dificuldades para a realização da coleta seletiva de resíduos na cidade de Manaus. Utilizou o método de levantamento, mas com a finalidade de gerar explicação aprofundada sobre como essas dificuldades acontecem, invertendo-se a lógica tradicional desse método. Os dados foram coletados através de um questionário eletrônico, com questões abertas, organizados e analisados com o uso de técnicas semânticas e os resultados foram gerados com as recomendações do método científico-tecnológico. A conclusão apresenta seis tipos distintos e interconectadas de dificuldades que impedem a efetividade da coleta seletiva de resíduos na cidade.

The efficiency of cargo transportation is essential for the operating results of companies, especially in the field of logistics. In turn, handling, and transport activities, especially containers, also require crucial factors for all stages to comply with requirements such as: time, weight, height, specifications, persons responsible for the load, specialties in the field of handling and transportation, for the process to be efficient and indispensably safe for all those directly and indirectly involved in all necessary operations.
